We purchased 5 lines of service through Reliable Wireless who sells cell phone service for T-Mobile at the Eastwood Mall. We had them physically look up our address in their coverage area which they show as very good coverage. We asked the question numerous times about any fees if we were unsatified with the service. Everytime we were told there were NO fees if cancelled within 14 days. We were told by this salemen James Lynch, Justin, and regional manager William Lambert. There is also no posting of their return policy at the kiosk. When it got close to time to sign the contract it was after 9PM so the main lights in the mall were turned off leaving the lighting very dim. We were unable to read the contract, which I stated to the salesman, but were told it was just a standard cell ageement. We again asked if there were any fees and were told there were none. We took the phones home and were unable to use them from the time they were taken home. We had absolutly no signal what so ever after having been assured that we would have good coverage. The phones actually read for emergency use only. We went back to Reliable Wireless the next day to be told don't worry, it will get better. We again asked about fees and were told there were none (we had found a small paragraph in the contract that said there was a restocking fee). We returned the phones a week later having been unable to use them the entire time to be told that we would be charged a 20% restocking fee. We were also told that they didn't care what the the salesman has said there wouldn't be any fees and they didn't care if we didn't have any service in our area. We had signed the contract and they didn't want to hear me out. I agree that the contract was signed, I had no reason not to believe what the salesman told me. I also made sure to report the problems we were having that evening and the next 2 days in an attempt to get it resolved. I never received any calls backs from Reliable Wireless and they did not really want to talk to me when I came back to the kiosk.

They sold me something that never worked from the day I took it home and did not tell me the truth from the day of purchase.

In my opinion this is a horrible way to do business and I hope that by reading this others will learn from my personal experience and not make the mistake of trusting this company. I can not reccommend that anyone make a purchase from Reliable Wireless located in the Eastwood Mall in Niles, Ohio. Their corporate office is located in Strongsville. I have found both locations to be rude and unhelpful in resolving any issues that I have. I was told my refund check was in the mail on August 2, 2009. As of October 22, 2009 I have not received any type of refund for any amount. I want to make sure to note that this is of course my own personal experience with Reliable Wireless and my own humble opinion.
