Relevant Ads and or Reliable Listing contacted me stating they would get my company name to appear on the front page of the largest search engines within a matter of 3-5 business days. Please note that prior to being contacted, I, myself contacted Google and MSN and was already on the MAP SECTION of both of them however I was told that under the map section they would get my company name to appear. Based on their representation, I gave them my American Express card. I was originally told my credit card would be billed $208.00 and yet they billed my credit card $258.00. When I saw this charge on my credit card, I immediately contacted them and they said it was a mistake, they were not charging me for designing the ad. First of all, I already have a web site. In any event, after ten days had passed and I saw nothing, I again contacted them and was given another excuse that it takes up to two weeks. After two weeks had gone by, I canceled stating I wanted my money back as they were not honest with me. I then received a call from Kerry who said I was misinformed and that "any day" I should see my company name appearing. This never happened and the reason is simple. I never gave them the password to get into my FTP account. After disputing the charge with American Express, I now learn that they contacted American Express showing them the map section as if they placed this there. I have contacted my attorney and now going to sue on misrepresentation and fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you want a real company, contact MAINSTREETHOST.COM and ask for Doug or Justin.
