Dear Sir or Madam:

I am reliance RELIANCE GSM User since Last 3 Years . RELIANCE always cheats with me. RELIANCE always pick any random services and activates for my number and deduct my account balance. Its happens almost 6-8 times. I am okay with RELIANCE's service but just because this thing, am totally pissed off.

Today (April 25, 2011) a wonder happened with me, I have kept my mobile on the desk and was engaged in some important office work. It was there on the table for more than 1 hour, and in the meanwhile RELIANCE have activated some health service. Then I called to customer care and enquired about the same, But unfortunately I have got the same reply which I've been getting several times that is "The service is been activated by you only as per our system by pressing some * combination, we can only cancelled the services and can't refund the money". But I did not touch my mobile for a long time and I am the only user for my mobile. The customer care lady spoke very rudely and said that she won’t take my complaint.

RELIANCE stands for TRUST. If the same things will keep happening then trust me "NO ONE WILL TRUST ON RELIANCE"


To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged and from now onward same things should not be happened agained, not only for but all the customer of RELIANCE.

Thanks you for taking the time to read this letter. I could have been a satisfied customer RELIANCE but am full unsatisfied because of this behaviour of RELIANCE.
