My mobile phone(classic 731)i.e the model of the handset is having some problem, the slot of the phone where the UIM card is inserted out of the three pins one pin has been bent. I have bought the handset on 04/07/07 that means the repairing comes under the warranty period of 1 year which is given by the company.
I had given it for repair and received it back with the solution that it cannot be repaired and the service center has given me a DOA letter which means the the dealer from which i bought the handset should replace it with a new handset.
Now here i ask that who the hell is finally going to provide me a new handset because the outlet from which i bought the handset is sending me to an other outlet saying that we do not have the required authorities when i went to the other outlet they say that they cannot replace it as it was not bought from them,so i again went back to the previous outlet where i bought the handset and now they tell to come on Monday i.e 09/07/07. now can you please make sure that i get my handset replaced.
