I have bought my second mobile from your center at Varanasi, UP, on 16/09/2007. I gave full detail of my ID, address ID, etc. on a prescribed form then and there. After two days I started getting SMS on my cell from 52811. I tried several times on *369 to explain that I have submitted the pertinent documents, but it remained busy. Then I submitted the fresh documents on 24/09/2007 in person leave alone to accept their mistake they send a massage on 25/07/2007 informing debarring of outgoing calls! Not only me but at least 06 of customers are my colleagues and we all are fed up with the carelessness of your Varanasi Center service. At the time of purchase they behave as 'yes-man' but as soon as the deal is over they never listen to any complaint.
This LG-model I bought for my husband, working as Research Scientist in Deptt. of Chemical Engg. & Technol., IT, BHU. How much he is suffering due to carelessness of your part is difficult to explain. We are fedup/irritated with your services of Varanasi Centre. There is no difference left between BSNL and RIM. What to do? The optionless option is to switch to other mobile company!
