I HAVE TAKEN AN BROAD BAND INTERNET CONNECTION OF RELAIANCE COMMUNICATIONS AND DUE TO INSUFFICIENT SERVICES IN PROVIDING THE INTERNET, I WAS NOT HAPPY AND i HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE TAKEN TIME FOR RESUMING THE NET AND AS SUCH i SUFFERED A LOT DUE TO THEIR ADMANT AND IRREGULAR & IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. I COULD UTILIZED THE NET ONLY TEN DAYS OUT OF ONE MONTH. FURTHER DUE TO TECHINICAL IRRESPONSIBIITY, MY COMPUTER MOTHER BOARD WAS DAMAGED.<br />
WHEN I REQUESTED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION THEY GAVE ME THE ID NOS AND WHEN I ASKED THE LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE, THEY DID NOT TAKEN BACK THE INSTRUMENTS THEY ARE NOT INCLINED TO DO SO AND MORE OVER DEMANDING TO PAY THE AMOUNT WITHOUT DEDUCTING THE CHARGES OF THE INSTRUMENTS.
