Please note that i have taken the new SIM in /haridwar from your authorised dealer (Neelam Telecommunication, Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar)

I have submitted all the required documents to your dealer at the time of purchasing the SIM ?& it was activated on 2nd day. After 10 days the mobile no. has been blocked/barred by Reilence without any pre-intimation. After that i have contacted to reliance customer care & i came to know that the SIM has been blocked as 2 documents were submitted on the same number.
Then I have personally submitted all the documents to the reliance care for starting the services. But still no action has been taken from your end. I am using the reliance since 3 years if you will continute such services then i can not stay more with reliance.
Please take the neccessary action against the said number at earliest. I want this number is must be started within 2 working days. Other I will disconnect all the number & go for another operator. Because I am facing lot of problem due such type of mistakes.
