This is a Prepaid Subscriber no 9300233031, Named Abhilash Soni, Add.- 95 Mohan Nagar Ward, Sagar, M.P. facing problems of reduction in money of prepaid amount a lot of times, i have complaint to customer care but no response is given to me . Same problem is facing by many customers in this BSc .Today 23/7/09 32 Rs. is reducted from my account same case also happen on 17/7/09 and about 30 Rs reducted from account without having any VAS services. I make call to customer care but always they are saying i am having rangarang services, I never subscrib for these type of services .There having mistake from company side, without any subsriber permission how company can provide any VAS services, if any provide then it is company mistake. Company should not activate any services without subscriber permission .This is not only my problem a lots of customer facing this problems .And many customers have changed REL SIM and prefer Airtel or any other operator . I am also thinking so.

So if anybody in REL is seeing this complaints pay attention on my complaints & give me the reasons for this irresponsible work in REL.& Plz unsubscribe if any VAS services Comapany had activated by fault .
