wrong billing and activation of services without approval
I have a reliance CDMA connection with number 7498320027 in mumbai circle. These people activated certain services without my approval and they donot have a fair billing system. inspite of my repeated talks and request with customer care representative they have deducted my money for the unsubscribed services.

no network last 6month
sir we have a relince cdma wireless phone since last three year but last 6 month there is not networ working in it phone is fine but network in vill, gopalpur the .nasrullaganj dist .sehore m.p .466331 is not working last 6 month .our rim tower distance is only 500meter.

Providing wrong information

I was using a reliance CDMA prepaid connection (9312529731). One day i received a call to convert my number to postpaid. He was giving me an attractive plan and encouraged me to convert my number into postpaid. I agreed to activate postpaid. They received all the required document and security deposit (Rs. 250/-). After one week when my number not converted I called them. They told me that security deposite for my area is Rs. 500/- and I have to deposite another Rs. 250/-. I refused. After some days I received another call with a request to convert my number into postpaid. He then told me the plans which are totally different. I asked for the plan which i was briefed before. I recieved a number of call with a request that that was a mistake by them and they requested my to activate my number in postpaid for one month with a suitable plan available with them. I agreed. They promised to me that after one month if i want then i can convert my number into prepaid and my security deposite will be adjusted in my bills. Now i want to convert my number again to prepaid. But reliance customer care is telling to give all the billed amount to convert my number to prepaid. After 6 days the sucurity deposite will be delivered in my billing address. I request to investigate the matter and justice may be given to me. Thank You.

NO NETWORK BUT PAY
I AM having cdma reliance phone in shahapur, thane, maharastra, but network is so poor in this area after one yrs complaint no solution by reliance team

Balance Cuts every now and then
Every now and then my balance is cut from my reliance CDMA mobile number by various services which is automatically activated...the more you will use you phone..the more they will activate various services..I have never sween such a fraud company in my life...I was loving reliance in past..but the way their customer care is treating us is really pathetic..They are never refunding our money..what the hell this %$*@ ing company is doing..there is nothing like customer satisfaction...Please provide me a way to file a case against this company...

Dear sir,
I want to submit that from balance of my Reliance CDMA you you Deducted approximate Rs. 90/ f without any authorization from my side. Some service has be activated with out my consent and are being charged. I am really not interested to avail such services and of course I am not using these services . Please deactivate all such services and refund my amount of approximate Rs. 90/- as early as possible.
Reliance communication, being a respectable brand must not indulged itself in such type of activities which come in the category of CHEATING. Please advise your executive staff.

NO resolution of my complaint
sir, my mobile no is 9350496661. jokes service had activated on my phone and 30 Rs. amoout has been deducted on date 23/02/11, and i have raised a complaint on 25/02/11, complaint no is 147930696 but there is no resolution of my problem

Harrasing the customer by activating uncessary services on my mobile number
I am logging the complaint against relaince cdma connection, Customer care executive Ms. Menaka, Mr. Rakesh & there supervisor Mr T. Narayanan. My complaint no is 146414038...
I am using relaince cdma connection and facing the problems of amount deduction from my account. They have automatically activated some stupid services on my number due to this there is negative balance running on number.. i told them i have not activated any such services, even requested to transfer the amount which got deducted but they refuesd to do so. Due to this my outgoing calls facility is not there and i cannot make any calls even my work (business) got is effected.

Wrong Deductions
Hi,
My Reliance CDMA number is 09393416945. On 21st jan i received a message stating "You have been successfully subscribedto My Music Station service at Rs.30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe Dial TollFree 56785401 or SMS Unsub 1839 to155223". The Service was started without my Initiation or my approval and Rs.30 was deducted from my balance. When i called the Tollfree number for unsubscription i got my 30Rs. back however Rs.6/min was deducted on account of calling that TollFree number. When it was clearly stated in your message that it is a TollFree number how can you charge me for calling that number. Moreover please explain me how could you start any Value Added Service without my request or approval. I want my Balance to be paid back within 48hours and an explanation for starting VAS without my approval.
In case i do not get sufficient resolution i am going to file a written complaint against Reliance-CDMA group along with all the proofs in Consumer Court for compensation for the harassment i am facing.
