on my mobile in last 1 days i got message from reliance that
"Your Subscription to job(Love Shairy) on phone service has been activated at 30 Rs..."
and the 30 rs is deducted from my mobile prepaid A/c.
after that i call reliance customer care(*333) and complaint abt this
they say sorry and unsubscripted the job on phone from my mobile but deducted amount
not came back.

plz help

Having a Cellular connection No.9324231916 The Reliance Infocomm have deducted approx. Rs.1100/- by activating unwanted services in my Cellular Phone so far….

Whenever I contact Customer Care to ask about the services they say “ You have activated all services”. The Well Trained ( Trickster) call Centre’s personnel’s promised me several times to give back the deducted money. But Its never happened.
I also requested them NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY SERVICE without a WRITTEN NOTE from my side. But…… they can’t.

But continuously and intentionally they are after my balance. I think Reliance has made a policy to “deduct money from all the pre-paid customer by activating various unwanted services” .

I am completely dissatisfy with the company's policy of “ DEDUCTING MONEY BY ACTIVATING UNWANTED SERVICES” and waiting for TRAI’s new policy to change the Cellular operator.

The reliance mobile (Service provider) has been activating caller tunes on my connection on their own (without my request) and deducting money from my prepaid account for this. Evertime I am making request for deactivation of this service. They always confirm that the service has been deactivated but again they activate it and charge my account. Repeated complaints on their toll free numbers *333 have no effect on them. They even do not register any complaint and give any complaint number. They say this is not a complaint. They do not keep record of conversations I have made but their recorded message confirms that "every call is recorded for quality purpose". This is nothing but cheating. Once they confirmed that the service has been deactivated permanently . But later on i found that service was continuing and they had deducted money also from my account .
Can any on esuggest me what should I do. I have record of their messages confirming that they have deactivated service 2 times.

i have a reliance cdma mobile.
i have change my no. to another sim,
so reliance web world incharge said rs. 150/ charge for no. transfer charge.
but at that time i know through customer care this is afake charge.
i have also arelince cdma complaint no. is 110381591.
so please arrange my money.
