This is in regard to Compalint No. 127621885

I am using RIM CDMA phone 9356928431. Handset: LG 3510.

I m not having proper network coverage at my Residential place at H.N0:232 Kishangarh, Manimajra-160101 (near IT PARK, CHD)

Situation is worst when I call from home itself I face atleast 5 call drops Due to N/W unavailability (in one Single call of 5 minutes). Same can be validated from your CDRs

I have made Complaint in Rel STore Sector 9 on 25th of MAY, Complaint No is 127621885, my utter surprise nothing is been done on that, the problem is not that big for a telecom giant like Reliance to resolve.

I am surprised to know that Chandigarh is Blue carpet city as far as Coverage is concerned ???

At many occasions I've also spoken to your customer support however nothing has come from them apart from the fake promise.

Request you to get Resolve this Issue ASAP.

I lost my phone. I asked the Reliance customer care to block the out going calls. I have given my passport as proof. I have read out the address present on my passport but the customer care personal said the address is not getting matched with what i have given. I asked them to verify through any alternate means like Date of birth, surname, father name, etc. They denied and did not block the out going facility. Iam worried if the phone is misused.
