I am using Reliance mobile as well as Broadband for last One year. It has been a routine for me to run behind your useless call centers & customer care for bill since last six months. Time & again people from Reliance talk about resolving the service & bill delivery problem. But till date there is no progress & we have to suffer being associated with Reliance Mobile Service. It is only a bourden for the customer to use such unmanaged services.
Such a bad & regardless company!
