Mobile Network tower not installed
I would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts –
Mr.Deepak Agarwal has introduced himself as a Branch Manager, Reliance Infratel Ltd., B-17, Vishal Tower, Uttam Nagar, DistakCenter, New Delhi – 110084, Ph.No – 08750927102/01. He has called on me in the month of May’11 and offered Reliance Network Mobile Tower Installation at my house.
I feel myself very much impressed with this offer and feel proud to be a partner of a reputed organisation.
Mr.Agarwal has asked me to send all the documents (photocopies) of ownership of house to his New Delhi address.After that Mr.Agarwal has sent us scan copies of the approval letter with case ID no. REL/GW9/67H. Photocopies are attached herewith . Now Mr.Agarwal has asked me to deposit Rs. 25, 000/- to Mr. Vishal Lot at Punjab National Bank a/c no. 307300101315905 at NangloiBranch, N.Delhi – 110041 for registration and Rs. One Lakh towards Insurance purpose. So I have deposited the said amount.
Now I am not getting any reply and not able to contact with Mr.Agarwal e-mail: [email protected].
So you are requested to look into this matter .

very poor service
i have many reliance connections but at present having lot of dificulty in connectivity, call drops
details are -- wimax connection --5000000015637 poor speed as well server in my area is always having some problem or other. land lines 2522-320077 and 320088 connectivity is very bad
9324799195 mobile most of my customer complain that i am not reachable.
all these services were better before 5 months and gone from bad to worst in following days, i have no other alternetive than to change to another subscriber and this is advocated for my many neibouring customers also

Deactivated my sim and now want Rs 5,000 for reactivation
I will advice to Indian country people. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer
i was using reliance sim card 9018543210 from last two years. During ban on prepaid in kashmir i convert it in postpaid and after resuming the prepaid service i convert it in prepaid. now the same no. was terminated on 02-05-2011. then i recieve call from reliance n they asked me to convert it in postpaid. I submit the documents and Rs 500 as security deposit and the told me that no. will be activated in upcomming two days. now today is 18-06-2011 number is still terminated. they want Rs 5, 000 for reactivation as i m not able to pay a huge amount.
now they are telling me that this is a vanity number we will give you any other number. But i want the same number this is totaly a fraud company. i have registered more than 55 complaints but they are not giving me any respond.

Activating the packs from rworld without my knowledge and cutting the money from my mobile balance.
Respected Mam/sir, I am using your reliance company simcard and my mobile number is 9021577821. Since two days i am facing the problem, without my knowledge the service packs are activating from rworld and cutting the money from my mobile main balance. It it the to provide a good service to the customers? Please deactivate all those unnecessary packs from my number and provide what the services customers needed.I hope u will do the needful.

RELIANCE NECONNECT DATA CARD ISSUE
Dear sir or madam,
I am using a Data Card of Reliance Netconnect from Mar. 2010. From 10th April we were facing problem with connectivity from it and on 14th April we have made a complain at their Udhna branch for the same but issue was not solved. Again on 20th April we made a new complaint but again the same problem happened. So finally we visited the branch and ask them to terminate our connection and we want to clear all the dues till date.
The person at Udhna branch told us to pay 1500/- in cash to terminate this account and clear all dues they told us in 3 days your connection will be terminated.
On 28th April we called udhna branch and they informed us that your connection has been terminated and there will be no further dues to your account.
Now we have received a new Bill from 11th April, 2011 to 10th May, 2011 and another bill of 11th May, 2011 to 23rd May, 2011 and which due date is 11th june.
Now we are asking Reliance Communication Udhna branch to check out this matter but they said you have to pay this we can not do anything and they also terminated my Another Mobile no. (9377806930) from Reliance Communication and they stopped my outgoing facility.
So please look into this matter and your kind attention will be highly appreciated.

Worst co. in telecom industry
Hello Sir / Madam,
Hi this is Gyandeep Soni from Mumbai. ( Rim No. 9321693632 )
I have used many Mobile Service Operator like Vodafone, Airtel, Tata & Reliance.
Sorry to say but its a truth, RELIANCE service is worst service in all of them.
Iam staying in Mira-Bhayander & want to let you know that here, we dont have network from last 7 days.
Its completely failed from more than a week. by which 100000's of people are in trouble.
Noone can contact us even our family members.
The person who is using a prepaid service, their 1 week validity almost gone just bcoz of Reliance careless management.
will they give us 1 week additional validity for our losss. Still We dont know how much time will take to resolve this network issue.
Its a very-very serious problem, that a co. is dont have a value for their customers.
Even a customer care persons are not ready for lanching a complaints. they always says "Sir complaint nahi le sakta"
than why the hell is customer care for ?
its a Reliance Speciality that if we call for a valid reason also than too they dont take our complaints.
people in customer care are guided in such a way that they will not launch a complaint any how, at anny cost.
Kindly help us to reach a proper person for my complaint.

Unsatisfactory customer service
I am your loyal customer using prepaid card from past 5 years and above, but i am facing some network problems from past few months for which i have already complaint in customer care centre. But your customer care are not able to solve my problem and on the top of that they are using slang langauge and giving back answer, puting my call on hold for more than half an hour. cutting my connection without any information
Dear Sir,
On 19th May, suddenly my connection numbered : 09387928458 was cut. i could not figure out what the problem and i tried
to lodge a complaint in the customer care they too didnt help me.the last weak i went to a relainace out-let at
marianidrive (Ernakulam) for done my payment, and i request to change my connection in zero rental...now i understand that
the your Reliance people wrongly taken my complaint, they created a Termination Requeste..
why your people cutting my connection without any information..???
This is a very sorry face that reliance is putting up.
I was great fan of reliance but today i will not recommend any body to go for relinace mobile or netconnect card.

Reliance GSM Barring

Service Barred
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a GSM Prepaid customer of Reliance of Tamil Nadu (Salem) with mobile
number 9092244100.
I was initially an Idea Customer and Ported out of it by giving an
application on 2011.01.20. And finally, I was ported out after a month to
Reliance.
The service was uninterrupted for about 3 months and all of a sudden, on
2011.05.11, during an outgoing call, the service was "Barred." I was
thinking of a "Technical Snag", but it was made clear by my callers that
all the calls have been barred only on 2011.05.12. (This was purely
because no intimation was given to me.)
I contacted the customer care and the customer care executive "ORDERED" me
that it was my "DUTY" to regularly check if there was any SMS from
Reliance to see if they had requested for any "ID Proofs". But I was very
clear that I had no received any such SMSs from your network.
I had no other go and I contacted the nearest Reliance Mobile Store at 38
VENKATESAN CAR STREET, SALEM-636001. He told me to give an 'ID Proof'
along with a 'Photo' and told to sign in a new CAF. This was done on
2011.05.12 around 7:00 P.M. and a complaint was raised by the store
incharge with number 152677607.
With the service not resuming even after 24 hours, I contact the Customer
Care *333 and your customer care executive responded that the previous
complaint has been closed at around 1:30 P.M. on 2011.05.14 (without
clearing the service to me). This was freshly taken up as a complaint
with number 152814139.
I want some clarification from your side.
1) The Rule says "Porting from one network to another is possible only
when the "ID Proof" is correct". So, in my case once porting has been
done, then it evidently says that my "ID Proof" has been verified. Now,
after a period of 3 months, why are you once again asking for another one?
2) You are a "Service Provider" or a "Customer ORDER Provider"? One of
your Customer care executive "ORDER's" me to do some thing, while your
another Customer Care Executive tells me to go to the nearest Reliance Web
World Immediately.
3) When a service a "BARRED" for a customer, I think it your "DUTY" to
inform the customer about the same and not "BAR SERVICE DURING USAGE"
(i.e.) barring the call when calling some other party.
IMPORTANT: RIGHT NOW I AM IN VACATION FOR A MONTH FROM MY ORGANIZATION.
IT IS A RULE IN MY ORGANIZATION THAT I SHOULD ATTEND CALLS EVEN DURING MY
VACATION. DUE TO YOU BARRING OF CALL, MY ORGANIZATION HAS TAKEN ACTION
AGAINST ME. ALSO THE UNIVERSITY TO WHICH THE ORGANIZATION IS AFFILIATED
HAS TAKEN ACTION AGAINST ME FOR NOT ATTENDING IMPORTANT CALLS. (COPIES OF
THESE ARE AVAILABLE AND WILL BE PRODUCED WHEN REQUESTED).
Please do respond to my queries.
Or
If you are not in a position to solve my problem, just give me an half an
hour service, I shall PORT OUT of your network and move on to some other
network within a span of 1 week.
