Non refund of Security deposit after one year of disconnection
I have terminated my post paid connection no. 0120 3245650 on 27th Jan'2010 and till date I have not received my security refund of 3600 INR.
Several visits to Reliance Web World Sec 18, Noida and numerous emails to customer service have failed to provide any satisfactory responce. Their usual reply is --- It is under process .
To top it all, Reliance Web World Sec-18 has refused to even acknowledge this is in writing that my refund claim is under process as of todays date.
This is extremely unprofessional on part of a Big Corporate company and very disappointing for a customer who stood with them for years.
Only one word comes to my mind for such practises ------MAAFIA

STOP CALLER TUNES
Immediately stop caller tune reliance in the phone No. 9313906652 because it is cheatingly included on this phone. A message run tune is sent to me and accidently select button pressed against the cancel button. Now stop the caller tune and do not charge any charges

Deduction of money without usage
I AM YOUR RELIANCE MOBILE HOLDER FOR LAST SO MANY YEARS MY RELIANCE NO. IS 9312508903
FOR THIS MONTH UR STAFF HAVE DEDUCTED ALMOST MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED RUPEES FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT AS I JUST RECHARGED TWO DAYS BEFORE.
SIX MONTHS BEFORE THEY HAD SMS ME ABOUT UPLOADING CALLER TUNE IN JUST RS. 6 AND WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION THEY UPLOADED THE SONG AND DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SO MANY MONTHS.
I WAS NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT. BUT LAST MONTH I HAD SMS YOU TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE SAME BECAUSE AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE DEDUCTED LOT MUCH AMOUNT THAN THE SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE TALKED TO YOUR MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE EARLIER ALSO, BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.
EVEN I HAD UNSUBSCRIBE THE CALLER TUNE TODAY MORNING THEY HAVE DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR MY MUSIC STATION RENEWED.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING.
SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE GIVE YOUR GALLERY ADDRESS SO I CAN PERSONALLY GO AND TALK TO YOUR OFFICER.
AND MY REQUEST IS THAT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THAN SIT DOWN ON THE STREET AND BEG FOR THE MONEY.
YOU ARE THE BIG THIEF. U UNDERSTAND.

deduction of Money without Notice

I am using Reliance GSM Prepaid Card. on dated 25.10.2010 about 6.20 am I received sms from company that from their no. 51234 that Rs. 19.50 has been deducted from my balance of Rs. 26/- for sms 1ps. for 15 days.
It is a clear case of cheating with the customer.When I called customer care, person was not able to satisfy with the reply and transfered the line to executive . Reader wil surprise to learn that executive himmself not replied in proper way and disconnected the line and not registered the complaint.
If company is running in the loss they should close down the business they should not cheat the consumer in such a way.
I hereby request the Authority to look in to the matter and restore my balance .

Need help
Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Himanshu Parashar from Saharanpur District. UP, presently residing at Delhi, was the old customer of Reliance Communication and infrastructure ltd. since 2002 My Family was using the number 0132-3299391, due to my family was shifting to Delhi we have terminated this number on 20.09.2008, submit the instrument and paid my all balances. But surprisingly I have received the bill for next two months. That has been informed to the local office of the company and they assure me to look into the matter
But I was shocked when we received the court notice on 30.03.09 from the Reliance Communication than I went to Reliance web world in Saharanpur to resolve the Matter they assure me that due to some technical error you have received this notice, the error will be removed from our side. But on 04/05/2009 we have received another court notice demanding billing Amount Rs 838/- This is highly illogical because I have terminated the connection on 20/09/2008 and settled all my dues.
After receiving the notice I contacted to Reliance communication and infrastructures ltd. at their Regional head office with Megha Sethi at Meerut regarding this matter, they replied that number is issued to the another customer but due to some technical error connection is your name in our records, but sooner this error will be removed.
But now I have received a notice of Prelitigation Court demanding Rs.804/- on 22/09/2010. As I was really fed up with this matter as to resolve this I had taken a leave from my job to come to Saharanpur where I had a talk with Mr. Manish Tripathi and Mrs. Pundir but no satisfactory response was given to me
As this notice has been received by my neighbor due to which my image in society has been damaged. Now I want to take a legal action against the company for the loss of my time and money for this.
I have All the receipts and documents regarding termination of connection on the above mentioned date and all receipt for payment of final dues.
