The customer care response is not well from your side.and the voice quality which we recived is not gud that is we can not recive the voice from other side.and there is lot of network problem the coverage area in village is not gud the signal strenght is too low over there.

And a silly problem of deducting balance without any reason is also there with your company which is not in other companies.

I have a complaint regarding my mobile (Ril mobile no 8000559831) it is showing network error all the time when i dail any number ever the reliance customer care no. 198 and *333 or any other no. it gives a alarm network error connection, so many times complaint to Relinace cutmoer care no and they told go to Relinace communication shop when i go ther they told me call to cutomer care so this is continouslly going on and one is able to listen at Reliance communicaiton shop of my City : BHARUCH ( GUJ) even i told there the problem has not been solve, they stratelly told me that ui have to call to 198 and then they donot care about it. this is a very big problem so i am so fedoff with reliance, so any one can solve my problem may contact me on my vodaphone no. 9979693388

i got some problem with my cell phone from today (27 July 2010) morning arround at 09:00 am, i got incoming and outgoing related problem that my cell got heng and no any response and in between this problem starting time to this complaint i got only one message but then again no any response i got.

i have request on 28-06-2010 regrding migrete my reliance CDMA post paid connication to pre paid connication custmor care and web wold said me that maximum time change post paid to prepaid maximum three working day but till the nine days my mobile no not migrate my mobile no. is 9354605556

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am Shivendra Singh Tak from Jodhpur (Rajasthan). My reliance number is 9309346591 and I complaint many times but no body takes action in this matter since one year. Our Air Force Area have reliance connection about 150 reliance connection, all are facing this problem since One Year. The service assurance cell can't resolves this problems. We are facing network problem (Reliance Connection) in Air Force Area. I complaint many times in Customer Care and mail to RelianceAda. But no further action about this problem.
