Taken Cash Payment but 2 weeks happen the work is not done
Dear Reliance Communication,
This is a complaint from the no. 9323824187 that i had offered an scheme from reliance communication for 24yrs completion that change from prepaid to postpaid which i had accepted. They had came to our house taken all documents necessary with cash of Rs. 450/- on 7/5/2010 & had also came for verification on 8/5/2010 but still my no. has not transferred to postpaid.
After knowing the process for my no. in web world it shows payment pending. After calling for the respective person Mr. Ravi of your agency at kandiwali namely Swyam Enterprise for 2 time he is just ignoring my call & even the office staff.
Please take effective decision as early as possible. For your ready reference my receipt no is 5082631584.

Misleading Info leading over limit bill amount
I took a new postpaid connection from reliance web world in Ulhasnagar and i requested for a 299 plan to be activated on my number as my callings are only to reliance mobile numbers, but before the end of the first billing cycle my calls were barred as i have exceeded my credit limit and this happened since the Representative at Reliance Web World DID NOT FURNISH MY REQUEST AND THERE WAS NO PLAN ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER and assuming that I can call RIM 2 RIM free 24 hrs, I used it to call on a local reliance mobile number. Now when i discussed this with the collector who called me to recover this bill amount of around Rs.1000, i clearly mentioned that i a, m not suppose to be charged this amount as the calls are made only to local reliance mobile numbers and if RELIANCE is charging me for this even when i request a RIM 2 RIM free plan than its nothing but a shameless ROBBERY because it was the Representative who confirmed the plan but actually he did not furnish my request. And now I am being threatened that a Collector would drop in at my place and I will be forced to pay this amount. I need JUSTICE !!! I s anyone at reliance communication who can take control of the situation instead of making me a BILL DEFAULTER...

Vulgar Messages
Reliance communication is sending vulgar messages which are termed as promotional messages. These messages contains a link and title such as Bollywood babes wild on bed @ Rs. 15/- click... the address.
Sending such vulgar messages is a crime. How can such messages be stopped as the reliance customer care told be to enjoy such messages. I want to lodge a complaint against reliance. Please help.

wrong bilss every now & then
dear Sir/madam
Regarding your current mail about excess bill amount____________
I have already spoken to your customet care (*355), yesterday at 15:54 hrs, call duration 29:07 mins.
Wherein Mr. Hriday attended my problem and assured me that no discontinuationn os service will take place. He advised me to go to the Reliance Web World and ask them to correct my netconnect plan. Which has been changed by some mistake from your end only. Originally my plan stands to be the RNCUNLTD_750, which is active on my datacard no. from 21-08-2009.
Therefore I am supposed to pay only 827.25 plus any SMS or Phone Calls if I make.
I have paid my last bill on 20th Mar 2009, b4 the schedule.
I have also visited the reliance Web World @ Ram Lal Chownk Panipat yesterday i.e. 30th evening. Where I was told that my plan will be changed, as they have noted my complaint in the register with them.

Further for your & your seniors kind attention, you people are harassing me like this from feb. 2009 continuosly. This is the fourth incident in total. Every time you people are doing "BULLSHIT", and generating wrong bills.
For which u r making me to:- 1) suffer for disconnection of service every now and then. 2) Loss of work. 3) Mental harassment. 4) Talking to your "STUPID, NONSENSE" customer care for several hours. 5) Even I have been forced to pay the wrongly genertaed bills; I did so, to restore my service at earliest. 6) Later that money have not been refunded to me till date, despite requests made on customer care and at Reliance Web World.

I am sorry to say, enough is enough. Now I am in no mood to suffer for your crazy mistakes. If you are not correcting your mistakes yourself, BE READY TO FACE THE EQUAL PROBLEM IN THE COURT OF LAW. And consider this as a first non-leagal notice to you.
AGAIN NEARLY 24 HRS ARE OVER, AND I AM SURE YOUR RELIANCE WEB WORLD HAS NOT ACTED ON MY COMPLAINT SO FAR. Because, I have not received the confirmation message on my computer so far,
I HOPE IN THE INTEREST OF SOLVING THE ISSUES AMMICABLY, YOU WILL TALK TO THE RELIANCE WEB WORLD, AND ALL THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENTS ETC.

number not activated
My name is Gautam & applied for a new GSM connection of Reliance & paid Rs.600/- for the new connection number 9555557273 on 4th of March via receipt number 1198 from Relations Sales Corporation, 454/4, Bhawna Bhawan, Delhi-33 but later I came to know by mistake one of of their marketing man have already sold the number than they requested me for a new number which I agreed & they gave me new number 9555559694 & a person came at home and done the verification but still my number is not activated. Only they are very smart in giving the excuses only.It is already more than a week & still I am running behind them but in vain. They seems to be least bother to solve my problem, even they have used very filthy language while talking to me. I dont know how a company like RELIANCE have approved these kind of a unproffessional team to handle their company's stakes. They are just damaging Reliance's image in the market. So, its my humble request to all the senior persons of the company to look into my matters & try to activate my number at the earliest. My contact numbers are 9999997829, 9999659919.

SILENT GENSET BEING INSTALLED IN GANES TOWER, BERHAMPUR, ORISSA
One genset( silence) has been installed just below my flat G.F-6, sri ganes tower, komapally, Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissais giving sound whichis untolerable and in nighttime also it is running . By which we are also unable to sleep, A LOT OF NOISE AND VIBRATION is also comingalongwith mist. The authority have been requested by the
society to shift the position of genset to upstair by providing anew silent genset which should have vibration and sound within the limit
as per pollution control board standard.

Broadband
I Am Using wireline Reliance Broadband For Last 5-6 months at my home. i use at my laptop which i arry at my oofice in the morning. I have an unlimited connection and login on the net for aunthetication.
My Problem is that once i use the net in the night next day again after 24 hrs when i want to login my account the message came AUNTHENTICATION FAILED,
I Ask them Why?
the answer is that i had not logout properly yesterday, i.e. almost 20-24hrs ago and still their server is showing connected,
first let it be for there may be a chance that one or more time i might have forget to logout but everyday regularly for 1 month.
Now the only solution is To reset the Passoword, which is again a six hrs. process
that means for that night I can not use the net
now my question is
why their server is not logging out automatically once i am not diong any activity for almost more than 20hrs.
secondlly when i am using an unlimited connection then what is the fun of login authentication that too online
their answer is that this for my security bulshit, are other companies who are provinding facility of always on are playing with customer security, are they not professional.
but i think it is not for constumer security but to harass customer
in whole thing i just came to conclusion that in this way either relaince just want to save their bandwidth usage or their staff is not tecnically sound, as their own system is not working properly and they are concerned with my security.
and they are call center staff they just sit their to harash customer instead of helping them. they provoke the customer by again asking the same information atleast thrice on the same call, and that too useless. again either they are not trained properly or trained in such a way to harash customer. I too Belong to service industry and the single motto is TO satisfy the customer not to Harash the customer,
now i just want That you should Talk on Behalf of me with Relaince Broadband, so that they should Improve their services and server, which logout me properly.

cash deduction without any reason
customer care service very very very poor.they cant even speak properly.always they put on hold for a long.they just hang up on you when they cant give a good reason.they all are really mad.
