NON WORKING OF PHONE
I HAD BROAD BAND CONNECTION FROM R.COM. SINCE LAST FIVE MONTHS PHONE IS NOT WORKING, ALWAYS MY MONEY IS CREDIT IN THEIR ACCOUNT. NOW LOCAL MAN WANTS SOME MONEY TO START LAND LONE CONNECTION, WHAT IS THE REASON IS THIS IS BRIBE OR ANY THING ELSE.MANY TIMES COMPLAINTS ON THEIR SITE BUT ALL IN VAIN. BOTH THE BROTHERS ARE ONLY LOOKING THEIR PROFIT MARGIN BUT SERVIE IS VERY VERY POOR. THE MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY IS THE HANDS OF OTHERS WHO NEVER CARE FOR THE USERS. THE MORE OVER THEY KNOW THAT SMALL MAN NEVER COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM IN COURT OR ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE BECAUSE THEY KNOW SURE THEY WILL WIN., EVEN ALL THE BIG GOVERNMENT OFFICERS ALSO WILL TAKE CARE TO THEM NOT LOOK TO THE COMMON MAN, AND IT IS TRUE IN THIS INDIA. bill payment against due date
Your mob. bill date has been shown as 9th-Jul 2009. Now my monthly bill generation will be 9th of every month instead of 7th of every month previous. I have requested many times verbally to the reliance tele that I am a retired person and Sr Citizen of India. My pension comes in the bank in the last working day of the month so the due date for billing payment should be accordingly so that there should be no late fee charged but now again monthly bill generation has been changed while due date for payment has not been changed. Please reconcile. Late fees waiver of Rs.50 may be given.. If you do not accept my request, please convert my mob. connection from billing to Life Time pre-paid c onnection. My mob. number is 9313426234.

Network Failure in L.D.A. Colony, Kanpur Road,Lucknow
Dear Sir / Madam,
With due regards, I want to draw this fact into your consideration that I have been using Reliance CDMA Mobile phone for past three & half years my mobile number is 09305656472. Reliance CDMA network in Sector-D1, L.D.A. Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow have not been working for past two & half months. The reason behind this network failure is perhaps tower failure. Many people including me have made complaints in customer care but no action have been taken. This negligence is affecting your brand image not only in this area but also in other areas of luck now by consumer suggestions of this area to other consumers.
I hope Reliance communicaton will take some prompt action to ensure good network specially when they are emphasizing on network in their advertisement.

ACTIVATION OF PRE APID MOBILE NO.
I HAVE PURCHASED A HAND SET & PRE PAID MOBILE CONNECTION ( NO. 9313183827) FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS CYBER ALLEY, 149 -153, JAIPURIA PLAZA, SECTOR - 26, NOIDA - 201301 : VIDE CASH MEMO NO. 179 DATED 09.05.09.
THE SAID CONNECTION WAS ACTIVATED AND WAS IN OPERATION FOR FEW DAYS. IN BETWEEN I HAVE RECHARGED IT WITH Rs. 200 . SUDDENLY THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING. I HAVE APPROACHED RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS CYBER ALLEY, 149 -153, JAIPURIA PLAZA, SECTOR - 26, NOIDA - 201301, ( REP. BY NAME TARUN / RAJIV). INSPITE OF MY REPEATED VISITS AND TEL. REMINDERS NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I AM SUFFERING DUE TO NON ACTIVATION OF THIS MOBILE NUMBER.
LATELY IT IS GATHERED THIS NO. IS PUT UNDER THE NAME " NAZEEM KHAN". THOUGH I HAVE PROVIDED THEM ALL THE IDENTITY DOCUMENTS & PHOTOGRAPHS.
THIS IRRESPONBILE BEHAVIOUR OF RELIANCE COMM. IS HIGHLY DEPLORABLE AND I HOPE IF THIS COMPLAINTS REACHES TO SOME HIGH UPS IN REL. COMM., THEY SHOULD IMMEDIATLY TAKE ACTION AND SEE WHAT REMEDIAL ACTION COULD BE TAKEN TO AVOID SUCH THINGS IN FUTURE.

my net is not working
hi i roma from agra .My net is not working since 15 days i submit all the documents at the time. iI wrote several comlains in relianc communication office but no result . My problem is not resolved.From no of days i go to reliance communication office they asked me that today your connection will start but there is no result my problem is not solve till now. Today i go to reliance office the asked me that ur documents are not submit because ur address as not verified. i was very tensed when i hear this news .
Today they tell me about this .From no of days when i go to reliance office they dont asked me anythin they asked me taht today ur connection is working. please sir solve my problem. Today i come to cybercafe to writethese complain. pls sir solve my problem

BUT FROM LAST ONE MONTH WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR LOCAL OFFICE, AND THE OFFICERS.

Recharge voucher
I have been cheated two times by RIM.
FIRST:
On October, 2007, I purchased a RIM recharge voucher of Rs. 495/- with the validity up to 31st December, 2007. But, unfortunately, no number I could scratch out for recharge. Immediately, I went to the shop from where I bought that. He suggested me to go to head quarter in Kakurgachhi, kolkata. After three times unsuccessful visit to the head quarter, I got a suggestion to visit web world, Park Street, Kolkata. They checked the voucher and replied that it was a valid number but at that time no 495/- voucher was available in the web world. They told to go after few days. Again, same reply I got from the web world that they had no 495/- recharge voucher. Entire process had been happening up to the last date of validity of the voucher. Being frustrated, I left the case. Recharge voucher is still with me.
SECOND:
I recharged my mobile with a RIM voucher of Rs. 399/- on 31st August, 2008 from my own mobile and immediately got a message of successful recharge. On September 3rd, 2008, the entire balance was removed. I contacted customer care when one of their representatives told me that due to technical fault balance was removed; within 48 h system would be as usual. After one and half day, again I contacted when they told me that due to making calls to some numbers, the balance was deducted and the line was then disconnected. Again I made a call to customer care asking that the answer given by the previous person was not correct because of the fact that the line was disconnected when was making a call to local RIM which, according to the facilities given with the 399 voucher, is totally free. Then one representative replied that no recharge was done on 31st August on my connection. I immediately asked which one was correct. Each person told that he was telling according to the data available. Then I contacted the retailer who told me that within one day it would be clear. But no result I got. Then I filed a complaint on 11th September at around 12:30 pm (complain no. 75636843) to Reliance. The respective person suggested me to wait for another 16 h which is already over getting no result. In the mean time, several answers came out from the customer care side and I think, with these contradictory answers they tried me to leave matter. This voucher is also with me. I also made them know the voucher number.
These are the two cases I have faced. But, I know several persons have been cheated by Reliance communication day after day. This is the way of earning money and increase the profit of the company.

Group tariff 15 paise per call not active in our group Reliance life insurance even we complain in customer care the mo nos are:

And so many other advisers kindly adjust all previous paid charges.

Non functioning of broadband
New wimax connection worked only for 3 days - it now says invalid id 320795369285 page opens in more than 1 hour speed shows 10 bps only. Inspite of numerous complaints no action taken.
