Poor service by the company
I am a professional journalist using the services of reliance communication fixed line phone. My land line no is 0120 3040240 is out of order for last three days and even after several reminder and complaints nothing has happened so far. This number was installed to me four months back but from the day one this phone instruments as well as the line was disturbed. I had make so many call and complaints about it but the company never heed to the consumer wooes. I had regular to the pay the bill which I was supposed not to as this phone number is giving trouble from the day one the services of the company is nil/poor in this area. In these circumstance company should compensate the harassment made to the consumer.
Thank you, hope this distress should end soon.

cug plan & message charges
i request before one month for deactivation of my cug plan but till date this is activate who will pay it's rent.Scondly iam activate message PACK BUT COMPANY charge me double charge (rent and per message charge).company reverse some amount but not full amountttttttttttttttt wt will i do for this.plz do some thing needfully

Non-responsive RIM management & unresolved technical issue for 2 months
Problem description: Mobile signal issue reported to Reliance stands unresolved even after 45-50 days! It's been over 45-50 days that I've filed a technical complaint against Reliance. I've marked a copy to top reliance management too - but appears to me that all they are bothered about is revenue!!! I filed a complaint regarding signal issue in my residential area. (RT nagar, Kaval bysandra, Bangalore)
But believe me, NO one at Reliance have bothered to actually resolve this issue. Instead they have ridiculously sent 4-5 so called 'resolution mails' indicating that problem is resolved. And guess what? Even before sending such mails, no one from reliance bothers to call me to check if the issue is actually resolved or not. Note: I haven't held back on any bill payments from my part. And it's sad !!!
The "Service Assurance Cell" of Reliance is as unreliable as Reliance itself. They do not resolve any issue, but they happily send fake resolution emails to customers.
People: BEWARE before you purchase that Reliance phone or contact Reliance. Its all waste!!!

Bad services by doing things without taking approval
I took the reliance broadband connection for which i paid the amount for 6 months in advance as the tenure was for 6 months. But now, the period of 6 months is over. They have not even asked me once whether i wished to continue for future or not. In fact, they have added the charges for the next 6 months also in my current bill. Rather I have taken another broadband connection and started the usage also. Now, they are not responding to any of the correspondences and each and every time one new personnel is calling me and asking about this problem. I am fed up of telling every one just because of lack of their integrity. Moreover they are asking to pay the outstanding bill first and then to end up with the connection. But how can I pay to the thing which i haven't used at all as i am using another connection. The responsibility of taking the approval about the continuance or cancellation of the connection should have been taken by them from me before adding such amounts to my bill. I expected better services from this company but they are failing in doing so by acting in such a manner.

Terrible service
I have PrePaid Reliance no. I Recharge with Reliance to reliance ALL india free tariff card of 496 Rs. Then to fill my main balance i talk to agent he told me 98 rs talk time will not effect my Reliance to Reliance free calling Card. So i recharge it either that card now after a day i found that my balance is Nill and i am not able to use my free calling card as well, when i put this matter in front of Coustomercare they talk very rudely and put every fault on my account. I don't know what to do...
I loss my Rs 750 because of this!

Terrible company
I have been receiving messages from 57777 since last 3-4 month. In a month i receive around 30-40 messages and equivalent amount is deducted from my balance. Each time i call the customer care *333 they say only one answer to say "System is under up gradation call after half and hour". I have even received replies like this service is not provided by reliance and is a third party service you kindly contact them after asking the contact no i have been given a mobile no 9380329480 which i have tried several times and have got only one reply " The no is Switch off". Recently i have lodge a complaint in customer care complaint no 70349239. On 20th June08 i have received a SMS saying that symbiotic pack is deactivated. But till date i have been receiving the messages from 57777. On 23rd June08 I have called up customer care and one of the executive Mr David said that the system will take 45 days to deactivate the service. I am surprised to get such an reply. I am using Reliance service since last 4 years and very much satisfied with the service but after getting such answers i am very upset and planning to discontinue the services as in my family almost each and every member (8 people) is using reliance service and all of us would discontinue the services.

Phone dead
Reliance phone is completely dead from 04.06.2008 though several complain has been made, but all time the status of complaint is shown closed though confirmation of call has not done by the service provide my telephone number 033 30224610.
