Immediately stop caller tune reliance in the phone No. 9314560869 because it is cheatingly included on this phone. A message run tune is sent to me and accidently select button pressed against the cancel button. Now stop the caller tune and do not charge any charges.

myself sumit kumar,having relaince data card number 9323269356 .last three months i have been receiving another bill of data card number 9323240876 ,which i never purchased.i have already made complaint vide complaint number 56364292,57755718,60315769 and personaly visited nearest webworld i.e vinay technology,pokhran rd thane-w and registered my complaint and they assured me that all necessary steps would be taken .i have also asked them to show me application form and billl of datacard,so that i myself can authenticate ,but they hiven evasive answer.

Till today i am still receiving call from relaince regarding payment of datacard 9323240876 bill.

I m using reliance mobile for past one year... and this is the ever worse service provider i have found in my life... this is the third time they have disconnected my connection without any prior nfuotice... even thou i have fulfilled all the formality... also they are having worse customer service... first to contact them you have to wait at least 1/2 hour... after connecting to customer service they will never respond well... you will never be satisfied with their answer... all the time they will ask you for your document even if you have submitted one day before... i will suggest to everyone not to use reliance services in any case... what ever be their offer... you will get frustrated...

I am Hiren Yadav from Ahmedabad.(09898909214, [email protected]). I had purchased reliance broadband connection on 10-08-07 and paid Rs.2000/- by cheque on the same day. But, there was some disputes between my society and Reliance, they could not give me the connection. This dispute is because Reliance has put a big machine in our society and are not paying rent for it.

The worst thing is that they did not even informed me about inability to provide me the service. My entire online business came to a stand still because of non-availability of internet. Even after tremendous follow-up, I did not get any reply from them. None of their executives or managers replied me properly and they just took me for a ride.

Finally, I had to take a half-leave on 27-8-07 and visit them personally in their office. There I met the sales manager of my area Mr. Sanjay Ray. He finally inquired from different departments and told me that because of bla bla reasons, we are unable to give you connection. So, I asked for my money back and he replied that it'll take 15 days for the process. (!!! already after 17 days has passed). I, being helpless, said okay.

But, till date 22-9-07, i.e. after 27 days, they had not refunded my money. That person is not picking up my phone nor even answering my mails. I had sent 5 mails and made at least 15 calls to him. (I have the record of this follow-up).

Please advise smb what should i do...
