Outgoing calls
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Today on18.06.11 I deposited cash atyour east Delhi outlet as the outgoing call was barred on 17.06.11 without any information. My mobile no is 9311442926 and my request no is 155127550. Even after repeated phonecalls to your customercare nothing worked out. It is highly astonishing even after 12 hours the service could not be started and no reasons given, though everytime applogies tendered.

Deducting the money without consent
Hi,

My name is Someshwar having a Reliance GSM connection with the number 7676595620 in the state of Karnataka.
From the past few months they are deducting a balances randomly each time Rs30.
From 1st March, 2011 to 12-Mar, 2011 they have deducted almost Rs.120 from balance.Each time deducting a Rs.30.
It was happening consistently (deduction of Rs30) in the previous months also.
When I called to the customer care they are not responding properly.
They are saying that I downloaded a Java game but in real I didn't downloaded any Java game.
Each day I make a call they are saying balance would be credited in a day.Still the balance which was debited wrongly is not credited to my account.
Customer Care people is accepting the fact that deductions are happening wrongly but they are not in a position to take a complaint for the previous calender months.
Could you please suggest what should be done ?

Mobile not working for the past25 days

Refer to the above subject, I wish to inform that my activities from 14.02.2011. I am a proprietor Of DABAN ENTERPRISES. I am dealing my business through 9361132600. I couldn’t make or receive call from (13.02.2011)
On 14.02.2011When I informed at Singanallur, Agency, asked to change the SIM by paying RS 100/ Was made and not functioned. Agency said to contact WEB WORLD. They said we cannot do anything, contact Agency. I was roaming here and there.
On the same day I was given Option letter for the Mobile phone Portability from CDMA to GSM. Without knowing about future actions, service and responsibilities of RELIANCE, … Please think about you in my position.
I have purchased Reliance net connect also.
Nobody, response for my compliant. In between I was asked to contact customer Care. I was in touch with them every day. They said within 24 hours, you mobile will get activated. Till date it was dead.
Since I was a small, supplier to the BHEL and others. My clients and associates couldn’t able to contact for the past 11 days. I wish to contact them through landline it was difficult for all the times.
I was incurred LOSS of money and reputation through RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.
Whether, the communication IS alive. Kindly inform and take necessary action.
TILL TODATE IT WAS DEAD I AM GOING TO TAKE FUNERAL FUNCTION TO RELIANCE

Sorry to say this .In add Reliance is the indias NO.I mobile service but it is the NO- 1 WORST SERVICE IN INDIA

NOT PROVIDING UPC
MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY RECENTLY STARTED IN INDIA.
For porting your mobile number, first you’ve to get your unique porting code (UPC) from your existing service provider. For this you’ve to SMS PORT Your Mobile Number to 1900.
Your existing operator will send you the 8 digit alpha-numeric UPC from the number 1901 as an SMS (the UPC will be valid only for 24 hours).
BUT RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS IS NOT SENDING UPC CODE. ALWAYS I GET THE MESSAGE PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

Simply Deducting amount from my account of mobile
balance cut every MONTH automatically

Dear sir/ Madem,

I regret to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid GSM No - 09019625096 & [ SIM No. 8991101070000055486 ] every month the balance of Rs. 30/- cut automatically.

While enquired at customer care I was replied that I have subscribed for the service Whereas I am sure that I have not subscribed to any of the service. Even I have not received any message of the deduction of Rs.30.

Before this I have requested to unsubscribe any of the service and customer care has done as my request and even then how it is again deducted from my account.

Again i called to customer care and the executive named Mr.Suresh(Called from kerala ) talked to me in irritating manner which made me sad Because i am a lawyer and working for a company of U.S proccess since 5 yrs.

time-11:20-11:40{2 calls made the person replied (Suresh), i called from kerala, cochin using bangalore sim card)

You are therefore requested to enquire in the matter and refund my amount or I will complain to TRAI and local level Grahak Manch, if not heard positiv fromyou witihn 15 days, by SMS. Please ensure me no such deduction in future too.

Unauthorized SMS Pack Activation
Reliance activated SMS pack on my mobile without my authorization and then despite repeated complaints for around 2 months now, they are not de-activating it. Everytime I visit their store they are clueless about my problem and ask me to contact customer care. Every time I will call them on customer care number, they will tell me that it will be deactivated in 3 hours the deactivation never happens and I am being charged regularly. Everytime, I ask for Complaint number they don't provide it. If I insist they keep me on hold for 2 hours and never respond back. I was furious and called again and asked for their manager and he did provide me the complaint number. Everytime I contact their customer assurance cell, they tell me that it has been done but I am still getting SMS and I am being charged. Finally, I contacted their Nodal Officer after waiting for over a month and provided all the Complaint details... they guys wrote back telling me that all those are "Interaction Number" and not the Complaint numbers so, they will not act. Here are the approximate statistics of my interaction with Reliance on this issue... Called Customer Care around 80 times spent more than 80 hours. Visited Web World twice. Wrote to Customer Assurance Cell 20 times. Wrote to Nodal officer 10 times. End Result they are still charging me for the SMS service and I am still getting disturbing SMS.

charges for missed call
my prepaid landline number is 044-32997046.Even for missed call, charges deducted so many times.local call ratefor landline is90 paise for 3 minutes, but they are charging 90 paise for 1 minute for local landline numbers.

Termination of Connection 9372412846
I have a Reliance Mobile No 9372412846 which was purchased from Reliance Web World located in Sacred Heart, Wanowri, Pune. At that time I had furnished all proofs of identity and residence as well as photograph. I proceeded abroad on 26th June 2010 and came back on 12th October 21010. I found that my connection had been terminated and I was directed to visit closest Reliance Web World/Galleria, . I visited the same Web World where I was advised to submit fresh form with photograph, proof of residence and Identity and buy a new package even though my previous connection had life time validity upto the Year 2021 and more than Rs 500 of talk time.
I thereafter took up the matter with Customer Support giving all details on 18th October 2010 with weekly reminders since then. I am being given a stock answer;" we are sorry for the inconvenience. Your case has been forwarded to the concerned Depatment. One of our executives will get in touch with you shortly.'
My husband who has an Idea Mobile did not have any such problem. The inference being that 'Reliance is not such a good Idea'

Mobile Service
I am the user of RIM from the Establishment.
I still uses your first LG CDMA handset.
After about 7-8 years obviously it creats some problems.
Now you also have your GSM network.
Then why you are not giving my same number to GSM card.
I already complained this issue many times.
Tell me your final solution?
otherwise replace my CDMA phone in free of cost

failure of action against complaint
My landline charger(Classic 24)has not been working for the past ten days. I had already booked my complaint with you at customer care on 13th September ( complaint number-- 136462857) and I was told to receive a new charger that day itself. Neither charger nor any call has come from your side.Then I again contacted at *333 and they ask for more time. After waiting for a day or two, today I again called them to remind about my complaint to which they answered that my matter has been resolved( they said that it was mentioned as solved in their record) I wonder how it is possible when almost everyday I am calling them to resolve this matter. No person nor any phone call has come from your side then how is that my problem is shown as solved. In reality I am feeling a lot of inconvenience due to non-working of my LL.
I believe that your company is of good repute but this experience of mine makes me feel that you are just like any other private organization which barely pay heed to the customers' sufferings...Then why the hell you have customer care when they do not reply to the customers' calls properly.

And this is not the first time time that I notice such negligence from your part. Prior to this, I had booked a complaint for replacement of antenna around one month ago, but that request is still pending... Please look into the matter as early as possible or else I would have to surrender my set as it is of no use keeping that at my home...It is rather a burden.
