All the time my mobile is not reachable
No Good Network in Mumbai for Relience GSM.Inside Home, Inside Office or Inside the Shopping Malls.No where it is.All the time my mobile is not reachable. and also I have set an caller tune but It is always getting changed or most of the times it is default caller tune though my daily rental for caller tune money get debited. I am fed up with giving this complaint to customer care.They respond that Network team is working on that.I dont understand when these guys fix these issues.I guess only after when we go for other service provider.

Reliance communications ltd. have found a new way to rob people
Reliance communications ltd. have found a new way to rob people. Activate caller tune and charge them without even asking them. And when you call customer CARE (god! it is called CARE ) and tell them about it they rudely tell you that you have activated it yourself. Well if tell them to take a complain...NO...direct refusal to even take a complain.

Well I believe as per TRAI rule any VAS activation has to be done if the customer has given clear request ie. written, on phone, or SMS. None of it is followed.

Also the clever part is that the message that the caller tune is activated is send around 12.30 at night. If a person misses to read it then even better for Reliance.

After 8days i get the network busy everyday after night12 o'clock to 6 am
I have taken a relience sceam of free night calling ncc 650 and get a rs589 talktime on 31.03.2009 for 2 months. As per relience sceam everyday after 11pm to 6am i get free std call in this 2 months from relience mobile to relience mobile and 50p to other mobiles. Instead of getting this facility mentioned earlier, after 8days i get the Network busy everyday after night12 oclock to 6 am. I tried to complain several times everytime i got assurance without any fruitful result. Therefore i request you please look into this matter so that me or user like me can get a good service now and in future.

Pathetic and horrible experience with Reliance
Brought a Reliance Communication Data card worth 2499/- with offer of 2 months unlimited access free and also promise to get the data card returned if any major problem. Got bill for 1st month, suffering for last 3 weeks with disconnection and pathetic service even after continuous follow up. Now, after not willing to continue the connection, Reliance not even willing to return money the basic data card amount ( on return of the data card, that could not be used with any other provider)

12th March, I contacted the local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram. Mr. Amit picked up and noted the problem. 16th March, I contacted Deepak Yadav the owner of the local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram. He replied that things will be taken care in a day. On 17th March onwards continously following up on the issue.

28th March, I visited local Reliance Web in Amrapali Green Indirapuram to return the card and close the connection; they refused to get the data card back and return the money for data card.

It was a PATHETIC and HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE. Worst part was NO ONE WAS WILLING TO DO ANYTHING, STARTING WITH CUSTOMER CARE TO LOCAL RELIANCE WEB IN INDIRAPURAM. It was with sarcastic opinion that you already paid for the data card and connection now you have to continue as you cannot even shift to another mobile operator using the same data card.

They are very irresponsible regarding handsets quality and after that they do not even solve customer's problem
I am a corporate customer of this company from last 5 years.But, they are very irresponsible regarding handsets quality and after that they dont even solve customer's problem. I am having a handset, which is having some problem with its button, which is 4 connect/disconnect phone.It disconnects phone automatically.And i got All India Reliance to reliance free facility on that number.And the handset is not working from last 15days. I had launched a complaint at their customer care no. i.e. *333, they had given me complaint no. i.e.82817328 and told me that, my problem will be solved within 5 days. I had waited for 5 days, after that i again called them, then they told me that, person will be coming within one day. After that I called them today, then they told me that executive will come today.But, still noone reached my place to solve my problem.It is really disgusting. We cannot hope such a irresponsible behavior from such a reputated company.

Avoid at all costs
I have been using the rechrge of 496 since it was launched and the change in the recharge system was not infomed to me even they have call ed me last month and now i cant use it according to the new policy if they have informed i would have been using it and it is very important to me.

Avoid them like a plague
I have a reliance prepaid connection. last time i have balance of more than 380 rs. balance but automatically amount deduction from it . i complaint it in customer care of rani bazar bikaner (Raj.) than they tell me that any service is enable so this charge arisen. than i told him that i never use any services than how could it than they reply that now we disable this service but next day same problem arisen and i round and round of office but no good response for me. than i not recharged next time. after 10-15 days i recharged it of rs. 200 but the same problem is arisen than tell me what i do now. my connection validity is life time. so please tell me what i do now.

Since the day i have purchased this handset i am facing problems with the incomings
I am a Pioneer Scheme customer of Reliance. Recently i have changed my handeset to the newly launched MotoRAZR2 V9m that is available only to Reliance Customers.

Since the Day i have purchased this handset i am facing problems with the incomings. What happens is that if the phone remains unused for some time the incommings get blocked.. the outgoings work fine and the signal strength is also full.

i have already got the handest checked with the technical team of Motorola and they say that there has to be some problem with the Reliance cause they found nothing wrong in the handset after some tests they performed..

its been 5 months since the purchase and the problem just continues. every time i call at the helpline i have to first sit and explain him the entire problem which itself takes 20 minute. they then put me on hold or tell tme that a their technical team wil call me which never happens

i would really appreciate if any one could help me out with the solution for this problem.

I have been registering complaints in reliance office but still my phone is not working for more than 3 days they assured me to solve my problem in 48 hours this has also happened many times in the past. whenever i call to customer care they say that my phone is working and then write my comlaint.

Avoid using Reliance Communications
I have been regular subscriber of reliance Infocomm now Reliance Communicatios over the years and worked for the company in Broadband division at DAKC. My complaint is that i had recharge my voucher on 17/1/2008 of 105/- & 99/- Rs. stc for free reliance night calls after successful recharge my balance was 900/- Rs. but next day i saw my balance being cut short with 30/-Rs. I had registered my complaint to that effect my complaint no.62256870 the representative assured me of resolution after 48 houre. Later on i called again i was told that my 30/- Rs. being cut for Reliance world i told that representative that my mobile LCD screen was faulty for more than six months and hence i even could not see incomming or outgoining mobile nombers being flashed on my screen so again i registered a fresh complaint on 30/1/08 complaint no. 62908862. today i called again for solution the concerned person assuring me that 30/- being cut was correct as per his technical team i even confirmed him that i can present my mobile for cross verification if it LCD screen working or not but to no avail.
