I got the answer that they will not refund the money and I am free to make complaint anywhere
I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is 9313082141. I am holding this mobile no. since 2003.

On 25th November 2007, I phoned to Reliance Customer Care to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has “My Tunes” facility activated from September 2007, so they are charging Rupees One for each day and every day it is being deducted from my prepaid account balance which I never subscribed for.

I made an argument for the reversal of such amount which they are charging from September for a service which I have not subscribed for. The customer care executive refused to do so and not even accepted to give me the detail by date or anything else that I requested to start such service on my phone.

Neither they logged my complaint on such matter nor given me any complaint number by making excuses that their computer is not working so they are unable to log it on. I have phoned three times but I found every time a new person to convince this matter. I have noted down the time of call and the name of the executive whom I made this request.

Lastly on third time I got the answer that they will not refund the money and I am free to make complaint anywhere.

After passing of 6 months of surrender of Telephone, I have not received my security refun
I had surrendered the Reliance Landline Phone on 16/03/2007. At the time of providing me the telephone connection, the Company has taken some security mone say Rs. 1000/- from me. Even after passing of 6 months of surrender of Telephone, I have not received my security refund. Whenever I call the customer care center situated at Sanjay Place, Agra, the employee Ms. Navpreet Kaur says that sir please contact after 20-25 days. This is continuing since last 3-4 months. I am tired of contacting them.

No network
This is one of your datacard holder. Presently living in SAMODE, Distt. JAIPUR. Thing is that, from 4 months your company network is very bad in this area and it seems nobody wants to solve this problem as i think, beacause giving complain and reminding it thrice, nobody bother to attend the problem. It seems that poor days are started for reliance company. Customer are started moving out from this company. And of course why not ?
If the customer are paying from his pocket in this expensive time, he will expect the good, in return of his money. All the Samode area franchaisee are planning to hands up for Reliance, looking this bad situation.
Why should they survive and why should customer. All day they have to wait for network, for smoothly operation. Neither the concern persons are intrested to solve this problem nor the area persons who are designated for it. Any way managements, after all we are customer and the markets are opens for us, we will go for Airtel, Idea who proved themselves in present time, with their good and fast services.

Wait and watch for your poor day.

They took about 20 days to solve my problem on top of taking 20 days also they are unable to solve my problems
I have given complaint regarding my hand set in Bright communications. (Authorised dealer for Nokia) They took about 20 days to solve my problem on top of taking 20 days also they are unable to solve my problems.I have given my cell for servicing for I was not able to receive or make calls from my cell. But where as they serviced my cell at Chennai and it came back to me and now i can just listen to the voice from other end where as they are not able to listen to my voice. please try to help me out in this matter.

I contacted Reliance in July 3rd week and have not yet received the refund
I work for an MNC bank in a senior position. I had taken a Reliance fixed line phone in September 2005. There was an intial refundable deposit of Rs. 2000/- (paid on September 6, 2005). Due to lot of service issues, I surrendered my phone on April 8, 2006. I got a confirmation on the surrender letter that the phone was retured in proper condiiton. Also I was informed that the refund will be processed in 45 days.

I also received the final bill dated 21-April-2006, where further Rs. 236/- was due to me.

I contacted Reliance in July 3rd week and have not yet received the refund. One representative called me in the last week of July and informed that as against Reliance paying back Rs. 2236/- to me there are dues of Rs. 500+ payable my me.

This is really surprising. I had cleared all dues till April 8 (date of surrender). The bill received after April 8th ie. April 22 (covering period upto April 20 - also shows money due to me. When I asked the representative about the details, he refused to give any details and instead asked me to go to the nearest Reliance Web World to get the details.

Worst service and feed back
I'm M.Dileep from hyderabad. My Father (M.S.M. Raju) is using reliance cdma (prepaid) from the past 6 years. Recent times without any prior intimation he is being charged for various value added services which were not activated by him. Many a times we asked to the customer care executives to deactivate all such services but in vain. Yesterday (11/07/2010) also my dad's balance was again deducted. I request the appropriate authority to solve this at the earliest convenience.

PURCHASED NO.9311282278 2 MONTHS BACK BUT FROM 1ST DAY NETWORK PROBLEM IS COMING .GAVE DEACTIVATION REQUEST ON 25 JUNE BUT INSTEAD OF DEACTIVATION THE EXECUTIVES ARE HARRASING & MAKING FALSE EXECUSES

AS SAID BY EXECUTIVE THE NO. AUTOMATICALLY DEACTIVATES IF NOT USED FOR 15 DAYS BUT IT DOESNT GOT DEACTIVATED EVEN AFTER 30 DAYS OF NON USE

Termination without Informating Customer
Subject: Request for activation the connection “Reliance No: 93135-64684”

Dear Sir / Madam,

This letter is to bring to your kind attention that I was using your Reliance Mobile connection No.93135-64684 in the name of Yogesh Singh, earlier this connection was in name of Company (XXXXXX). I am using the same reliance no: 93135-64684 since February 22, 2006.

But now the same connection has been terminated without my information / consent. I am good pay master and I always pay on time; you can check my previous record. Now I would like to point out here that I have not received the pending bills from reliance communication from January 2010. But still I have sent Mr. Devendra on my behalf to Reliance Communication, Sector – 18, Noida UP 201301 just to inquire why they are not sending the pending bills to me since January 2010. Customer care executive Ms.Akshika over there told me that your connection has been terminated due to non payment. She did not give the reason of not sending the pending bills, instead she told Mr.Devendra to pay the outstanding of Rs.750/- after that your connection will be activated within 24 hours. He immediately pay the outstanding amount in cash of Rs.750/- as per the receipt no. S164799508 dated: 30 April 2010.

As informed, the connection is still inactive, and 24 hour had gone. Then on 1 May 2010 Mr. Devendra again visited Reliance Communication, Sector – 18, Noida UP 201301, just to know the reason why the connection is still inactive. Customer care executive Ms.Akshika told him that the said connection can not be activated and she did not give any proper reply to him. Then the next day as on 03 May 2010 I myself visited Reliance Communication, Sector – 18, Noida UP 201301 and requested Ms.Akshika to activate the connection. She again told me that your connection has been terminated due to non payment. I told her that I did not receive any bills since January 2010. I also told her that I made on account payment of Rs.500/- via cheque
248068, Dated: 28.02.10 for Rs.500/- Corporation Bank, Sartia Vihar, New Delhi – 110092 and dropped the same cheque in drop box of reliance sector 18, Noida.I requested her to check the same. But she did not want to check the same and she reluctantly told me to leave the issue here and buy a new connection. I also told her that no notification, no phone call, no letter to sent to me for the termination. Then how can you disconnect the same without customer consent. I have tried my level best to let her know the scenario but no avail.

I have also complained with nodal officer but no positive response from them.

As earlier informed to you that I am using the same no since February 22, 2006 and this no is damn important to me, so I request you to please solve the issues as soon as possible and activate my connection with immediate effect, otherwise I will have to take legal action for the same.

An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Phone Debarred for no reason
New GSM No. 8081151750 was offered to me against my existing CDMA No. 9335151757 by the Company under a scheme. The Sim Card was received after some times but was never activated. In the meanwhile had received a bill which was also promptly paid. Since last one month have made complaints both on phone and in writing with the Dealer, and Regional Office Customer Care, Nodal Officer, Appellate Authority, Web World, but to no avail. I am now totally disgusted and would like to surrender this number immediately. This is my last attempt through this site.

Debit of Rs. 350.00 from my balnace cell No.9350102024due to fag SMSs gone automatically due to system problem of reliance communications
On 27.3.2010, all of a sudden, fag messages started going out from my mobile No.9350102024. In spite of my all efforts, they could not be stopped. The mobile was switched off to stop out going SMSs that had no meaning.
On 28th March, 2010, I lodged a complaint with the customer care centre at Jail Road show room where from the instrument was purchased in the month of February, 2010. It was switched on and the messages started going again and again with out stopping. Mr. Praveen Kumar, the in charge at the customer care centre (Ph. No.9311588577, 9313111987 & 011-326 33331obserbed the problem and retained the instrument for repairs. A stand by instrument was provided to me for a day.

After I returned, the same problem of automatically sending SMSs from my cell started. They could stop after the mobile was switched off. This was with the instrument which the care centre had provided me as a stand by for a day.
By automatically going fag SMSs from my No. 9350102024, about Rs. 350 were debited from my balance. It was not because of a defective instrument but due to some problem in the Reliance system. Change of instrument could not stop sending messages.

In spite of repeated requests by mail and phone and in person to Mr. Praveen Kumar of Jai road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, the money debited from my account could not be refunded.
