Outgoing barred inspite of payment
I have a mobile number 9320279922.
This number was earlier as 9323244898. I have changed the number some time in Jan/Feb. My bill was raised and I as usual have paid through ICICI bank internet banking for Rs. 750 on Feb 11, 2010.
Upon checking with the Bank I got to know that payment has already been done to Reliance Communications. I have logged two complaints with the contact centre 3033333 vide number 120365502 dated Feb 24, 2010.
My outgoing services have been barred again and again. Even today it has been barred. Upon calling the contact centre I get to know that payment has not been received. Where as I also have the transaction id from the bank number 000141671632.
I have been asked to visit Reliance Web world with the proof of payment. I am attaching the same here in this e-mail. I am working hence it is difficult to keep going to reliance web world just to prove that payment has been made.
Attachment: Bank Statement.
I have provided all the possible details you would need. I do not know what additional you would need to restore my services. I am extremely unhappy with the way this has been dealt.
Would appreciate an early response

Activation of services
our reliance post paid being used by a 85 year old senior citizen has serices activated which are objectionable, obscene and dirty.Noone at the showroom listened to us.Nodal officer unhelpfuf. Help nos not available.E-mail not being responded to.Charges being levied.No way of redressal.Utterly ridiculous!!!

packages updated-without validate
we have purchased a contact no from Reliance company, but from starting ownwards.We are facing problems regarding wrong charges deduct, and every time they say u activate the"cricket pack".Which we didn't activate any time, evry time they deductof
Rs.30.And when we went to reliance web world-sector-7, rohini, delhi-85, near liberty & richies world gallery.they said u activated thsi plan now next month the amount againt this u'll not charged .its happened again every months.
now we want to take action towards ths company and want my money back and as well as waivr aslo, which we having problem and have to go to reliance store.

Deliberate cheating by unauthorized deductions
I stay in Mumbai and unfortunately hold a reliance mobile no 9022028302. Despite my several complains they are continuously and consistantly cheating me for many months. Even their nodal officer is not acknowledging the reciept of complains. Following is the summary of problem:
Without my consent they activated some cricket packs and started deducting Rs 5 every day. Immediately (on the next day), it was informed to customer care and they told that by systems mistake IPL pack has got activated on your phone. It will be deactivated and money will be credited to your account. They refund Rs 10 in place of deducted 15. Next day again it was automatically activated and Rs 5 were deducted. Again I complain, it was deactivated to get automatically activated again next day with continued deduction.
This process is being continued. Every time, I complain, they tell that it will be deactivate, I get message for deactivation, their constomer service, and webworld stores confirms that it is deactivated, but they automatically activate it again next time. I was tired of calling their useless customer care. At the first place it will be connected to operator in 5-10 minutes and most of the times they say we are not getting your details on our system, please call after 2-3 hours. Despite all this I could register 10-15 complains before switching to email complains (as I will have records for them).
Despite more than 50 complaints( I have records for many) the problem is not resolved. Till date they have deducted more than 150 rupees from account and it still continuing. I have stopped using the phone long back. Many times they even do not acknowledge the receipt of email complaints. Needless to say that problem is persisting.
Finally, 3 weeks ago, I complained to their nodal officer. Leave aside the resolution of complaint, he did not even acknowledge the mail. I send a reminder but the result is same. I felt higly disturbed, helpless and cheated by them. I want all my cheated money back from them and if possible wish to make a police complain about this. Please advice what to do next. I have spend many hours in either calling them or writing mail just to recover Rs 150. It sounds ridiculous but just doing it to get justice. I am not going to use their mobile in future and will not advice anyone for the same, but want to get my legitimate right.
I feel they may be cheating on many peoples with such unethical act. If one hold reliance mobile, please check your balance regularly. If Reliance is doing it deliberately then It could be a fraud to generate revenue for company by cheating innocent peoples. I can access the net so can share with you, but what about those people who doesnt have it. I have tired of calling them, visiting their stores and writing mails. How many people will do same just for the sake of 200 rupees. They will just forget it and this cheater company is making money out of that. They are just making fool of common people with advertizing about low call cost. In fact, they are luring the people to get into their net. Can TRAI do something about it?

Sub: To remove the lock of my mobile regarding,
I used 3 reliance mobile connections(post paid). Few months ago I deactivated my 3 connections & change of that mobile into prepaid.Now I need new connection with one of the other two mobiles.When I contact reliance communication in Nagercoil, they told that your mobile phone was locked.Then I told them to remove the lock & give new connection.Still now they didn't take any action regarding this.So I kindly request you to take required steps to clear my complaint..

Non refund of deposit
Reliance is yet to repay my deposit of Rs. 1000 after surrendering my telephone. The telephone was surrendered in January 2008. Customer care is of no help at all.

Losing Balance Without making Calls
I have recharged my mobile A/c with e-recharge of Rs 100.00. Since then I am sure that I have used very few calls i.e. at best 10 calls of total duration 40 minutes. But today when I was trying to call on any No. I heard that "I have no sufficent Balance" when I used *367 I was informed that I have a NEGATIVE balance of Rs. 8.00 in my A/c. When I used *225 I got the same NEGATIVE balance report. How it is possible..? kindly check my call details & inform me the same. thanks

Customer Cheating thru incomplete information
Dear Sir,
I tried to recharge my Reliance Mobile P repaid Card with Rs.200/- thru my Hdfc bank account. When I saw recharge vouchers details for other subscribers amount was mentioned but for reliance min. recharge for Rs.10 and max. upto Rs.1000/- was only mentioned. I did the recharge successfully but when sms came on my mobile it showed no increment in my talktime. I enquired with customer care executives and their supervisors for 3 times calling again n again not to talk about the long waiting time but they told me that for Rs.200 they only increase the validity for one month and a talktime of .2 paise. If u recharge with 201 then u get the talktime. Since I am already having validity upto 2016 I failed to understand what kind of increase in validity Reliance is providing by giving me validity for 30 days starting from today though I am having already validity upto 2016 secondly if this was the case they why they h ave not given complete information on internet and when u r choosing refill option then why it is accepting the amount if no top up is given. I ts a pure trick of fooling customers and extracting money from there silly miskates. Really very disappointed.
