No service location change even after 1 month
Hi All,

One month back I had requested to shift broadband connection from my old address to new address which is just nearby BUT it's not yet done. Every time when I call at their customer care i am given a new request ID and been told that it will be shifted in one weeks time BUT you see even after ONE MONTH it's not shifted. I am not use the facility for the last one month and then guess what a bill is generated and I am being asked to make the payment. RELIANCE communications is the biggest FRAUD company I have ever seen. Please just don't ever apply for them. These people are frauds and they care a damn about customer service.

Reliance broadband - no connection no refund of money
Hi,
This is Saleem staying at road# 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I am also facing the same problem with the Reliance broadband. They took 500 rupees for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within week max. Executive has collected the money in mid May month, after two weeks they said that they have some technical problem with the connection and there is no facility to give me the connection and said money will refunded after 45 days. By now it has been more than three months I did not get my refund. I called them many times for my own money but always keep telling you will getting the money with in week and now they are not lifting my call itself. The person who has taken my money is Mukesh (mobile# 9390311002) and he is in charge for my area.

They have given receipt/acknowledge for Rs 500 and its number is 17800000455158. When reliance loosing customers this way they this as alternate way of making money that is by blocking the money of the customers such long periods.

I have found this site as last hope to get out this junk reliance. Please take this issue to higher level of mgmt.
Can you please help me in getting out of this.

I just want alert the people looking for new broadband connection not to go for reliance because it and its customer service really SUCKS!!

Workin of Reliance Netconnect Broadband +
I bought Reliance Netconnect Broad Band + data-card on 21st May, 2009.With great difficulty and follow up it was activated after 7-8 days and while using frequently getting disconnected.Finally it stopped working (No blinking) after about 12-14 days.I have approached thier customer services but of no use.Every time some new guy used to come on line and ask same query, which was explained by me to them 'n' number of times.In the mean time I received thier 1st bill for the month of June and paid the same without properly using the data-card.Any how I have arranged to return my defective data-card to thier "Authorised Service Center" at Borivali, MUMBAI on 31st July for replacement.They may take 7-8 days for replacement.During all this I have received thier 2nd bill for the month of July and for making payment, I am receiving regular follow up phone calls.My experiance is that Reliance sales dept.is only interested in selling thier stuff and collecting money, they are least bothered for product service and even do not have courtsey to attend the phone call.Where as their "customer service" is only giving excellent "Lip Services" without any problem solving or solution. Yes, they are extremely wonderfull in wrong billings and follow up for immediate payments. I do not know when I will get back my data-card, I have decided not to make any payment unless my problem is resolved.After spending about Rs.3700/-, since last 75 days I am facing problems and unable to use data-card.

Non-refund of security amount against surrender of landline fixed telephone
Dear sir,
I had been using the fixed line telephone whose connection no. is 0512-3251782 of Reliance Telecommunications till october, 2008.After that clearing all my dues and telephone bills, I withdrawn the above connection and surrendered the instrument in one of the franchisee of Reliance Communications, i.e.M/s J.D.Communications, Naubasta, Kanpur in the october, 2008 itself. I approached to Reliance Communications and J.D.Communications for the refund of security amount against the surrender of instrument worth Rs.2500.00 approx. Almost one year is going to pass and inspite of mine too many visits and verbal communications, I have yet not recieved the security amount till date and neither any firm assurance been given to me by the Reliance Communications officials. Sir, please look in to the matter and help me out any getting my security amount back at the earliest.

VERY VERY POOR RELIANCE BROAD BAND SERVICES
Dear Sir,

We are using connection of RELIANCE BROADBAND since last more than 2 years, but since last month we are facing the problem of VERY VERY POOR connectivity and we complaint regarding the same to localk office as wel as customer care, but we regrate to write that we are not getting proper solutions.

The example of LACK OF SERVICE is that last time we hv complaint (No.103549767) on 10th July, 2009 but since that there is no actions taken from the concern department after so many request at local RAJKOT office staff. i.e. MR.RAJESH ZALA (9377055664), MR.RAVIRAJ (9374415390) but no one is taking care to attend the call and solve the
complain No.103549767 register on 10th July, 2009.

Local officials at RAJKOT office is NOT INTERESTED to ATTEND the phone to register the complain...!!

Hoping PROMPT actions in this matter.

to deactivate the criket pack but no responce
since IPL started & till now, i have complaint so many times but till it is not stopped sending the SMS of the cricket pack, day night i am getting this sms i am relay fade-up from this sms.
now the height is that, now they have stopped customer care service number also, saying that ur calling & complaining again & again, and whenever i have complaint, they tell me that after 48 hours this service will stop but still it is coming.
this is my kind request to you to look after in this matter and please stopped this sending sms as early as possible.

sim activation
I had Applied for a Post paid connection, i received sim card on very next day, but the sim did not active till today after 6th day also, when i made complain to the costumer care they only said the sim shall be actived soon.
but no response, when i said to refund my money against the sim they told the money cannot be refund untill the sim is actived.they need a working sim, now tell me is this right to cheat an customer.

Complaint Against Reliance Comunications Fake Pacakages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds

I am Ajay from Dehradun my brother purchased a reliance lifetime Prepaid mobile few years back now the reliance

communications it is work fine but know for last 11 months they are automatically charging it for different pacakages like

India Edu etc. I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but

but they are not responding.They are saying that we can not deactive the pacakages and they are giving us a paid mobile no of

the third party that is providing them these services and the no they provide us are not work and no one is responding on

those no. Then we again and again complaint to there customer care then they give us a sms code UNSUB INDIA EDU & a toll free

no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server

that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they

are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance

Communication & There customer care employees.

Installation of Tower on the terrace of my building
Mr.d.J.selva ganapathy, executive of Reliance Communications, No.6, Ave Maria Complex, Trichy Main Road, Thanjavur-613006 (Tamil Nadu) (phone: -04362-301900) had approached me about 3 months ago for hiring the terrace of our building "Sai Complex", Near Anna Nagar Bus Stop, Nanjikottai Road, Thanjavur-613006 for erection of Reliance Tower and allied facilities. As per his oral instructions, i had submitted all the papers required by him on an urgent basis as he wanted very very urgently . For three months he kept on saying that the matter was under process and would be cleared fast. relying on his oral positive reply, i refused offers from other service providers for similar erection of their towers. But, after three months, he has sent back all the papers without even a courtesy- covering letter assigning reasons for doing so. Thus, i am put to loss on two counts - 1) i spent about rs.3000/- in getting the papers from the Govt depts on an urgent basis (2) i lost the opportunities from other service providers who offered good terms. Therefore, the management of Reliance Communications should investigate into the matter and let me know why these papers were returned to me after 3 months without assigning any reason. -
