Caller tune scam
In 2006, I purchased a Prepaid reliance india mobile (free LG handset) connection with some FREE talktime and 1800/- worth talktime from RIM-to-RIM. In a few months, I finished my FREE talktime though the RIM-to-RIM balance was still there. So, I was not able to send any outgoing sms or make outgoing calls to non-RIM numbers. Hence, I was not using the mobile regularly.
In 2008, my FREE talktime balance becomes -21 rupees... how?
In addition, I saw an old sms in my inbox... which said... caller tune "KAL HO NA HO" has been downloaded and you have been charged Rs.15/-. I called up the customer care who told me that I had sent a request for activation of caller tune. I NEVER DID IT... I hate such tunes etc... May I ask, how I could do it when my outgoing was barred?
The customer care executives argue that their computers show data that the customer has activated the tune... so, now why should a customer lie? Who does he complain to when "their" computers show "faulty" data. Upon talking to my friends using RIM, I was told that they too had experienced the same problem. Reliance communications is minting money by thrusting caller tunes on customers.

Horrible condition of Rcomm in "India"
The reliance communications under Anil Ambani is a complete fool in respect to the kind of business they are doing!! It is only a matter of fact that Mr.anil has a lot of inherited money to invest. The unorganized way in which they try to handle the public and clients and also it's officers is simply clear. Money in the hands of a wrong person in the wrong time is what that suits him now. One day I, mnpa1019, predict, that Reliance communication will cease to exist and it will be the public who will boycott RELIANCE though they respect whole heartedly its magical founder.
--NO network
--NO proper solutions from the customer care.
This is sick on part of reliance as it is day by day, in fact second by second degrading its image in front of the common public.

Poor services of Autho.Motorola Service Centre
I have two problems: 1) I have purchased Motorola CDMA "V3m" handset in last week of Mar'08 & merely after 4-5 days its battery cover fell down somewhere. Even I didn't notice immediately. Though it may be considered as a case of negligence but trust me i even didn't know how to take it off.
Further when I asked for a new cover in the Autho. Service Centre, they said it will take time(1o-15 days) get that. They even don't know its price & they are not in a position to respond when can it reach them. Till date I have got any satisfactory answer from them. I am just surprised to see their undutyful & irresponsible behaviour.
2) I am unable to connect the phone to Internet. Even after installation of all the S/W supplied, its modem is not getting detected by the PC.

UIM card not given with phone!
I had bought a brand new RD6600 phone from Reliance web world at Hirananadani Gardens, Powai. As this is the first time, i was buying a reliance phone ( also surely the last time), i did not know that UIM card also is supposed to be checked. I bought the phone and later gave the model/no etc to my company for activation. I was told that there is no UIM card in the phone. I went back to Reliance webword, at Powai and blankly told by the staff that since i did not check while buying so it is my problem! I was shocked and asked him can i buy a UIM card now so that at least I can activate the phone. I was told that " Sir, Reliance sells UIM cards only with the phones, if you want a UIM card please buy one more phone!!!" I wanted an E mail ID or phone no of the store manager and the lower staff were polite to tell me that Madam is on leave and hence we can give you either her cell no or E mail ID...
Hope somebody from Reliance COMM reads this... This is a shame. Please please don't buy any reliance phone... if you want to buy, then please educate yourself and then deal with these crooks...

faulty sets / no replacement
I purchased the new Reliance prepaid connection dated 15 Oct -2007.
On the third day its charger stopped working , I went to the reliance web world (from wher i purchased it)located at shop No. 240-241, Shopprix Mall.
Sector - 61, Noida - 201301.
These guys did not replace my charger and they keep on delaying by saying that it will be done by service center.they even took my charger and said that it will be done.
Today is the 7th day Im having my fone switched off.and no one is responsible for this .

Poor service!
This is regarding the refund for my landline connection which I had terminated on 7 th of May. Since then, and after paying no of visits to the office at sinhgad road (nxt to big bazaar), there has been no response from the people working there. They are not even in position to give any status. The staff seems very careless on this front and not even bothered. Every time when I visit, they take down the no and assures that they will get back, and nothing happens really.

Not receiving bill from last 2 months
I have not received my reliance postpaid mobile bill from last two months after many complaints and consistent reminders. Every time I get a new complaint no. but of no use. Someone suggest me what to do in this case. I have visited reliance web world and confirmed my address also.

Poor service!
I have purchased Reliance Netconnect USB Modem, it’s speed is slow and connectivity problem in Boisar-401501, Maharashtra, Ostwal empire and Shikohabad-205135 (UP), Khatrana colony. Why is problem going on. I have registered many complaints, but no response. I am very disappointed!!!

Poor service!
I apply Reliance Communications (surat piplod office) for land line phone before 3 months and i give money for it to mr. Sanjay, he works in Reliance Communications in surat n now he cant receive my calls and this company don't provide me my phone yet. Reliance Communications is very careless company, they don't care about us, I HATE Reliance Communications!!!

Incompetent, ill-informed franchisee!
Shiva Traders WWE,S.C.O 53 Madhya Marg,Near Pizza Hut,Sec 26,Chandigarh is a franchisee of Reliance Communications. In June this company had sold an USB datacard with a postpaid number of an area that did not come under their cluster. Due to this reason I was unable to connect for over a month... but still got a bill of over 2000, I have spent Rs 4000 to buy the USB, 1500 for the postpaid number... have not been able to connect till date, the owner Atul Sharma after making false promises to correct his mistake by changing my postpaid number into a prepaid now refuses to take my calls. I'm unable to change my number or use this Datacard. This amounts to swindling your customers.
