Sir, myself Suresh Kumar and i m the owner of a mobile shop(NAKSHATRA TELECOM) in west sagar pur (west delhi) and i m getting ur mobile connection through Saini trading co. (distributer). last December i had done 300 activation of RIM GSM connection n i fullfill all the condition of activation which they told me to do.On 9th of Fab. i got a claim of Rs. 9135 and rest of all pending claim i did not got until 20rd Fab. and when i ask them to my rest balance they show me a list of Rs. 7000 and its total would be Rs. 16000 although my claim should be total Rs. 21000 bcause in December scheme the claim was Rs. 70 on per connection when i ask about it to my distributer he did not satisfy me and show me a ruod behavior.After that i contact to T.M. of this area Mr. Prashant & told my problem.I request him to solve my plm and to provide me all the information abt my connections he said me ok and promise to provide me hte information but he did not do that n just providing me time & time.So i m requesting you that please help me to solve this plm.My Easyrecharge mob. no. is 9015176977
