Unnecessary deduction of money
dear sir,
reliance gsm (smart) has deducted my Rs. 30 without any reason from my number 7828091238...this is the 5th time m facing the same problem...why i hav to face problem again n again...plz help me to get my balance back as soon as possible...

sudden decrease of account balance
Reliance GSM service suddenly decreased my cell phone account balance from RS 39.xx to RS 9.xx activating some value added service for which I NEVER asked them (mobile no.9883446551). Their customer care executives are lying to me saying that I've sent the VAS activation request from my mobile phone, and they are also saying that this money is non refundable.
So, if any reliance officials are listening, i just want to say, STOP being dishonest and cheater, cheating innocent people to make money, and GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

camplain of ussing duplicate sim issued from purnia without my concern
THIS IS CHANDAN KUMAR FROM BHAGALPUR, BIHAR. I AM USER OF SMART SERVICE FOR THE LAST THREE YEAR AND MORE, BEARING MOBILE NO.+919798629339.IT IS ISSUED MY YOUNGER BROTHER HIS NAME PANKAJ KUMAR RECENTLY I WAS IN A ROAMING FROM 22 NOVEMBER 2010 TO 2 DECEMBER 2010.WHILE IN ROAMING ON 23 NOV 2010.MY SIM WAS BLOCKED BY THE OPERATOR. I WAS ON MY BUSSINESS TRIP AND WAS UNABLE TO BE IN TOUCH WITH MY CLIENT FOR WHICH I BEARED A LOSS OF RS. 2 LAKHS AND MORE I LOOSE MY CONTRACT WITH FEW OF MY POTENTIAL CLIENTS.
AFTER COMING BACK IN THE CITY, I INQUIRED FROM THE RELIANCE COMMUNICATION THAT FOR WHAT MY SIM WAS BLOCKED AND MAPPED BY ANOTHER SIM AND ISSUED TO SOME OTHER PERSON FROM PURNIA. THERE WAS NO EXCLAMATION FROM THERE SIDE THAT WHY THEY DID SO .
NOW I AM FORCED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY FOR THE LOSS I INCURRED IN BUSINESS, MENTAL HARRASSEMENT AND LOOSING POTENTIAL CUSTOMER OF MY BUSINESS.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO CROSS VERIFY THAT WHO IS THE CUSTOMER AND WHETHER HE OWNS THE SIM BY HIS/HER NAME.
LET ME KNOW THAT WHAT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPLAIN THE COMPANY IS GOING TO INITIATE AND WHO IS GOING TO PAY BACK THE LOSS WHICH I INCURRED FINANCIALLY, MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY.

my self aman i using reliance humsafar voice chat service (56300567) this number dial i use this servicebut this service is not on proper working in 2 nov 2010 time 4.45pm then i complaint the custmercare but we r no response then i contact to u plz u dont ignore this complaint plz it improve this service

Unable to call
i am reliance GSM card holder having two numbers respectively 08080860874 & 08080124724 having balance but unable to call on DOCOMO number 08097189332. i was made a complain in reliance cutomer care but they are not taking any action against my complain
i am help less and think to change the connection.

unsubscribe form reliance caller tune
My mobile No is 8010601533
i contact reliance customer care 10 to 12 times regarding cancellation of reliance caller tune. As per customer representative advice i have send SMS "tring" to 51234 several times. But still date my caller tune not cancelled. I also noticed that customer care representatives are not able to give proper guidence to the customer. My request No 124043636 dated 15th April regarding cancellation of caller tune is still pending.

Mobile connection barred without any notice
My Mobile connection is disconnected without any prior notice. I started trying to contact the customer care from noon but could contact at night. The customer care executive told me that My connection was barred for not submitting proper documents. While my connection was activated after I submitted my CAF with photo and ID proof on the next day. Though I am an existing customer of Reliance and I have already a GSM connection and Internet datacard no 9569872202 and 9316846347 respectively. Even the verification was done. If any documentation was needed then why was not it informed on the time of verification by the respective department executive or why was not I contacted on my contact number before barring my services.

Poor Service, Network
Dear Sir,
What is wrong with Reliance group, All are cheaters or fake ?? No network, No coverage are, No proper signal quality. I am really fed up with this problems. My no. is 9023247320 and i am resident of Chandigarh (India). I am using Reliance GSM and from last 3-4 days, when i call to my friends, the call automatically disconnected after 2 mins and then after trying almost 10-15 time, the call is connected. My time is wasting in trying again and again, but the poor network fails me numbers of time. Rellay bullshit facility of this Reliance GSM and also my messages are still pending from 2-3. days. Very poor quality. They cheat with people.
This kind of company will cheat to innocent peoples with their false promises.. Very poor, really very very poor service.

unusual renewal of an application of crbt
i have purchased a sim of reliance gsm but after 7 days of it i got a message from 51234 that a crbt service has been renewed for 30 days now see what the hell is going on please make it in the notice of reliance now, I am left with no reliance on reliance.
