This company has always bee a terrible bother with calling 2-3 times per month whether or not I am paid up but recently they have taken it to a whole new level of scumbag. Now not only do I get the regular “Urgent” phone call for the 15$ I owe them for the month (regardless of whether its due) but I also get several “dead air” calls and the worst of it, a new robotic voice message stating I need to call them back immediately or risk having my service “cut off” or equipment “removed” the following day.
Absolutely garbage customer service when I call and even worse business practices… stay away if possible.
