wrong deduction of mobile a/c balance
Sir,

I MUKESH PANDEY, Ghaziabad have a reliance gsm connection mobile no. 08882885593, from last six months.Last time before three months reliance company wrongly deducted the amount three times from my a/c.Therefore i had activated DND on my this number.But this bad incident occured again today dated 01 june, 2011 and my balance of Rs. 30 have been deducted from my mobile a/c.I called the customer care and they told me their old concept of "system is not updated".They told me that they are not able to noted my complaint.

Please solve my problem of wrong deduction of balance as soon as possible.

deduction of balance from prepaid account every month
I have taken reliance India mobile gsm connection in the month of march. The company deducted two times Rs 30/- from my account
and stated that I have activated Diabetes Tips & Cricket pack respectively, whenever I had never done so.. I am totally fed up with their service. Please take necessary action so that some other customers will not be cheated so.

not getting upc
I want to change mobile service provider from reliance cdma to other service provider through number portability, but after somany try through sms, contact to costomer care, booked complain, but i not got Unic Provider Code, and "your request could not prossed try after some time. pl. do needful. thanks.

Fraudulent deduction from acct balance
I purchased a RIM SIM card on Dec 27th 2010 in Coimbatore because I was travelling to Bangalore the next day and the SIM card vendor told that the current deal from Reliance was 50p for all incoming and outgoing calls while roaming. The cost of the SIM card was Rs. 35 which gave me call time for Rs. 30. I also topped it up for an additional Rs. 75 and my total was Rs. 105. I made few calls after that and when I checked my balance in Coimbatore at 9:45pm on Dec 27th it showed me Rs. 100.15. After that I made one local phone call lasting 20 minutes and then switched off my phone and the next morning when I checked my balance in Bangalore I was shocked to see it was showing Rs. 30.
Since that day I have been fighting with the Reliance customer care who have been feigning ignorance about my issue and telling me that there was no incorrect deduction from my account. Now I am at my wits end and but have decided to take them to court and also complain in consumer court. I have all the evidence against them and will make sure they pay heavy damages for their fraudulent practice.

NO OUTGOING CALLS
Dear sir,
this is to inform that i have purchased a RELIANCE HELLO FONE ON 31/10/2010 OF LG LSP-450R with the MDN NO-03413264656 and the problem is that i have recharged the no with the 95 power which offers free calls to reliance mobiles within the circle, but after recharging only 3/4 days i can make calls from it and after that no outgoing calls are going from it, whenever i calls it says you have insufficient balance instead of the 95 power i had recharged. I had complaint about the problem to customer care, to the reliance executives, to the dealer point, to distributors point near about 5/6 times but still there is no responce from there end, they says every time it will start working in the next two days and the same happens, so now what should i do should i return it to the dealer point or i made a mistake by purchasing the RELIANCE FONE. Hoping to do the best from your end as soon as possible. Thanks.

Network problem
Dear reliance,
I have been using reliance mobile service since last 10 years as it is best service provider and my home people are also utilising this service. But since last 6 months I am facing the network problem. My cell no. is 09334740800. I had lodged about 6 - 7 complaints to the RIM customercare (*333) but it was of no use they used send me the message that the problem will be resolved in 14 days. And after 14 days they used to send me the message that your problem has been resolved but problem still existed. I don't know why the technical experts are not taking care of the customer complaints.
The problem i discussed with them that I am a Scientist in Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, Phulwarisharif, Patna -801505 and I have been provided residence by the hospital at Mitramandal Colony (opp. Former M.P. Sadhu Yadav), Anisabad, Patna and this area is junction between Phulwarisharif and Anisabad as both the RIM towers are at the mid regions of these localities. But, our area at junction of both of the towers is facing major problem of Rim network. Although, I have changed the handsets but it is of no use. The technical authorities also admitted that the problem is there in that area. And, its not me but many of the RIM users are facing the problem such as 9334010394, 9304450602, 9334490790 etc.
Plz look at this matter seriously and kindly solve the problem at the earlist. I hope you will consider the matter seriously.

not getting bills thru courier on time
I have not rec'd phone bills by post for last three months, despite repeated reminders.
I find it difficult to visit web world to pay bills, as i find it easier to drop the cheque along with the counterfoil of your bill in the reliance drop box near my house

Cheating in payment
I am using prepaid plan of reliance mobile company, from last three months they send us a SMS, your subscriptional renewal is due on dated ---- & deduct payment from my mobile balance. When i called to costumer care they say refund is not possible, then I told him please deactivate this from my mobile & thay said request has been forwarded & will be deactivate with in 24 hours, but after the end of months I am facing the same problem. Costumer care is not giving support & I am facing the same problem continuously, so you are requested please do the neeful as soon as possible.

unweanted phone calls
From 30 April 2010 this phone no (0932531120) is calling my mobile unnecessarily giving unwanted info and deducting my balance amount by Rs. 5 every time. Stop this immediately.
