Plan deactivation
Hi,
This is Ramesh.k, using Reliance since two years. My mobile number is +91-8099090011 recharged with Rs 77/- two weeks ago so that I can enjoy 20paise per minute in Reliance network. But, unfortunately from the last saturday(17-April-2010) I am unable to enjoy the plan.
I have called customer care immediately on saturday to find out the fault and the customer care has agreed that was their mistake and correct later as the server was down.Even on requesting they were not letting us know about the complaint number sothat I can track through it in future. If server is down, it's Reliance problem and not the customer problem. Why should a customer suffer? Since two days even the customer care is not in available. On dialing the customer care(Reliance toll free number), been disconnected automatically without speaking to them.
And Reliance uses to say that 'Reliance is proud in getting Second largest mobile services in India', what to do if they are not fulfilling what they are been announced or launched to customers? But Witout any mistake or fault they are collecting the amount in the form of Recharge cards but failing to enjoy the plan by the customer.

Sir, I just receive the message that my STV will expire on January 1st 2001, which is beyond any sensible person. please take immediate action on this message sender 53610 time 8.41 P.M. date April 3rd 2010.

IF YOUR CALL GET CONNECTED TO IT IN DAY TIME THEN YOU ARE ONE OF LUCKIEST MAN ON EARTH. IT GET DEDUCT YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR MOBILE FOR A CALLER TUNE WHICH YOU DONT NEED AND WHEN YOU TRY TO STOP IT YOU AGAIN NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Excess Bill for Mobile No 9303132905
I, Dr Arun Shandilya, am using RIM since beginning of the company, my mobile No is 0091-9303132905 and I had Dhirubhai Ambani Plan till Oct. 2009. At present I am in USA for vacation since 29th Oct. 2009 till 6th Jan 2010. Before proceeding for USA in last week of Oct 2009 I had requested customer service on phone to change my plan to Rs 124 with immediate effect and I had received confirmation also. Accordingly, before leaving India I had credited enough money in my this mobile account, so that I need not pay pay till Jan 2010. But I am shocked to know that for current bill due for 25th Nov 2009, RIM has raised a bill of Rs 633/- inspite of the fact that since 29th Oct 2009 I have not used my this mobile at all. It is requested that this bill be corrected at once

Respected Madam/Sir,
This is to inform you that i am a customer of Reliance India Mobile CDMA services, my mobile no is - 9319274199. I have a compained regarding regular ACTIVATION OF VARIOUS SERVICES whose permission is many a times not given by me.
Now the Question of concern is that today i.e. on 30-10-09, a service named ''MITTI KE RANG '' has been activated on my same mobile number & Rs.30 has been deducted from my mobile balance, while a day earlier on 29-10-09, I already requested to disconnect this service on Reliance Customer Care.

So please look into this matter thatswhy my problem could b solved.

deduction of balance
Hi,

I first recharged with the rs.999 voucher for making free calls to Rim numbers within country on 1st of october. On 10th, they launched a Rs 48 recharge which will allow making calls to all mobiles for 50p. I went ahead and recharged it. After that, my 999 recharge was not working and was charged even for making calls to Rim numbers.

I called customer care to lodge a complaint and here is the worst part that they didn't responded to my query and I was kept on hold for half an hour and then they told they could not lodge a complain and said that why you recharged without consulting us.

This is the worst experience that I have lost 999+300(balance deducted) + 999(which i again recharged as it is required for me). See what the fuck these guys are into. making us fool around by wrong ads.

about reduction balance
Hi,
3 days before customer care from reliance mobile send me one sms about fmindial offer, they give me one no. and say that call on this no. if u want to activate this service
We just ignore that message but after one day my balance is reduce by 30 Rs. I call to customer office and ask them about this they said me that u activate this service that’s why your balance is reduce.
But I don’t make any such call or not send any sms to activate this. after 2 days I call to customer care and ask about complaint no. to give complaints but they don’t give any complaint no. and say that this service is activated by your phone so u don’t have rights to complaint against this. This is small problem but this happen to say about 100 people they got (30*100=3000)/day so this is bad…..so please solve this problem

wrong information
Dear sir,
I am a very old customer of reliance india mobile.My mobile no in kolkata is 9330606341.Before this i used your reliance network in UP and my no there was was 9307777373.I am using your rs 440 plan.After i came here in kolkata i was given wrong information from your end that my calls on smart nos in kolkata will go free.However later after few days i came to know that i was being charged for all the calls done on smart nos.This really hurted me as i was charged for all the calls & secondly trust with you guys was shaken badly.
Again i was hurt even more when i came to know that because of the fault of you guys i won't be refunded the money.During the process of complaning with you people my credentials were question marked by saying that i was telling lies as i can't be given wrong information from you people.My fault was that i didn't note down the date & time when i confirmed that calling on smart nos will go free from my mobile.Now will you please tell me that is it possible for me to note down the timings & date each and every time i talk to your executive.If you are asking me to do this then you people are yourself saying that reliance executives can't be trusted.So, you are breaking the tradition of trust which i have banked on for so many years.
There are a list of complains with me which i am unable to write due to paucity of time with me.However, i would like to request you to kindly refund me the amount which i was charged due to calling on the local reliance no.I have just become fed up of talking to your senior executives who haven't taken any heed of my complain.They just give the assurance of cotacting me back in 24 hours but nothing happens thereafter.When i ask after 24 hours about my problem's solution then i have been given a common solution that "I WAS CALLED, BUT MY MOBILE WAS NOT REACHEABLE".Can you imagine that i have been givern this solution for more than 3-4 times.Now, here again you guys are lowering the dignity of your own network.If I being in kolkata & my no is not reachable then how can you guys claim yourself as the no 1 network of india.Even the behabiour of your executives are not at par.
Another thing which i would like to say is that i was even once given the solution by your executive that i would be refunded back the money and it will be adjusted in my next month's bill i.e. july's bill.But later on when i saw my july's bill then i realised that the refund has not been given.When i contacted your executives then they again questioned my credentials by treating me as a liar.Even the senior official totally denied that i could be given such a solution of money being adjusted in next month's bill.I would like you to go through the telephonic records of your official with me then you will automatically know what has happened with me and who is the liar.

Irresponsible
they have cut my account balance, i dont know y..
when i called the customer care, they said that " we are experiencing some technical problems so we cannot forward ur complaint". This they said for three days and after three days when i again called the customer care they said ur complaint cant be booked because there is no provision for the refund of the money after three days...
Now if u can do something in this regard that will be ur kindness
