wrong commitment and no activation
i booked a gsm number with reliance customer care, and now even after 2 months the sim card is not active and reliance people are not ready to give me that number because their executive made wrong commitment about that number and they charged me Rs 500 for that and they are not ready to give it back to me

Uncalled subscription
I received an SMS informing me that I have been subscribed to a hello-tunes service from RIM and that an amount of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account. I have not made any subscription nor requested for one.
When I called customer care at *333 they said it will take 48 hours to process and the balance will be refunded if it was a mistake. I doubt it will happen this way because this occurred once before.

Disconection without reason
My cell number is 09331290528. I am availing reliances LIFE TIME INCOMING FREE OFFER(Rs.999) since march'2006. Last month I failed to pay my monthly bill of this post paid conection, resulting which my out going facilities is barred(which is logical enough) but from today(01/05/08) my incoming facilities is also barred . On asking I got a reply that after 51 days of non-payment my service(all types) will be suspended.
My question is availing lifetime offer is it logical and legal to barred my incoming facilities?
Please help

Unwanted SMS & Calls from RIM
I am receiving unwanted SMS & calls from customer services of Reliance India Mobile all the time.
Though I have complained two times in do not call registry around 6 months back but still I am getting these calls & SMS.

CONFUSION IN RECHARGE OF PRE PAID OF INDIA ONE CARD
I HAVE RECHARGED MY RELIANCE PREPAID PHONE OF RS 675 SCHEME AND AFTER TWO DAYS IHAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY RECHARGE CONFIRMING MESSAGE FROM RELIANCE SERVICE.AS I APPROACHED THE DEALER &HE ENQUIRED FROM CUSTOMER CARE AND TOLD ME THAT SINCE THE MESSAGE OF RECHARGE WAS SENT TWICE FROM HIS PHONE , SO HE HAS LOST RS 1350 AND I HAVE TO PAY HIM MORE RS 675 FOR GETTING STARTED & I PAID HIM.THE VERY NEXT DAY MY PHONE WAS OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO NON VALIDITY . THEN I APPROACHED THE DEALER THEN HE SAID THAT INDIA ONE CARD IS FOR ONLY STD NOT FOR VALIDITY,THEN AGAIN HE ASKED FOR RS 396 FOR A VALIDITY RECHARGE OF 6 MONTHS, I AGAIN PAID HIM. HOW EVER I HAVE GOT VALIDITY OF 6 MONTHS AND A STD VALUE OF RS 1201. IS THIS A BUSINESS STRATEGY OF RELIANCE MOBILE GROUP/DEALERS TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS .SINCE, IHAVE PAID RS1746 FOR GETTING RELIANCE SERVICE. IT IS VERY BAD ON PART OF RELIANCE GROUP THAT THEY ARE USING CHEAP TRAITS IN FOOLING OF CUSTOMERS.

Worse servicing
my reliance phone charger is not being replaced by the local outlet I hav offered to buy a new charger but they are not providing it My phone is switched off for 22-23 days

WRONGLY DEDUCTION FROM MY PREPAID MOBILE BALANCE
Since 07.07.2004, I am a prepaid mobile customer of Reliance India Mobile & my mobile No. is 9330984518. But last three months I am facing tremenous problem for wrongly deduction of my prepaid balance amount every month in the name of Value Added Service Pack which I never activated. Whenever I received such type of call or voice mail regarding these service pack, I rejected these offers. Unfortunately they started deduction from August'07. Details of it is as follows:
1) In the month August, they deducted Rs. 49.00 for Cricket update service. When I complained that they adjusted the amount after five days.
2) In the month of Sepember, they again deducted the same amount from my balance and again I complained for that. They informed me that anyhow your cricket update service pack has been activated and told me to deactivate it from reliance webwolrd. According to his guidance I unsubscribe it. On 25th September at 8-05PM I received the following message from 51232 and my balance has been adjusted:
Dear customer. Sr. No. 55931194 has been resolved. Rs. 49.00 has been posted for wrong charging . rest deduction is correct.
3) In the month of October, they deducted around Rs. 80.00 from my prepaid balance. When I complained for it They send me the following message on 31st October at 12-51PM:
"Message from 51232
Dear Reliance Customer, as per SR 57785934 you are charged correctly for the Value Added Service Pack which you have activated. thanks "
Now my complain is that I have not activated these service packs. Whenever I received call or Voice mail regarding these service packs, I rejected these offers and last three months, I am complaining that I don't want these service packs. Inspite that they are deducting my balance by sending messages. I am not bound to take these service as a Reliance prepaid mobile customer. Why are we facing such problem as a customer? I want all these service should be stopped and my wrongly deducted amount of Rs. 80.00 must be adjusted.
Your early action is highly appreciated.

Low connectivity and customer care service
There are frequent cases of signal fading apart from low connectivity which results in delay in calls especially through std cards.

Poor service!
I own a reliance post paid mobile, from the year 2006, because of irrelevant mysterious voice records from my mobile to other person, it drove me into lot of problems, though i was not responsible for all those.
I can solve my problem, only through call details (incoming and outgoing), i called up customer care also, but they dint assist me properly.
Plz advise me smb!
