Poor service!
Reliance mobile, to be frank, created lot of problems to me, though I was not using the mobile at that moment, The other person used to hear "busy" from it, to avoid this problem, I used to switch it off, it turned out to another mysterious problem, It was giving a ring to the other person, and after a while , "busy"!!!, though i had switched it off??? What kind of service are they providing??? Though i contacted the customer care, no proper response from them. when i asked them is there any option for me to get the call details , they say, they wont give incoming call details, of my own phone... then how can i solve my problem??
It may be a very silly thing for them, but here it is a matter of two lives, they wont even assist properly, they wont try to even understand the problem properly?? Then what is the use of the customer care? They just want to avoid people asking for incoming call details.

Wrong billing wrong scheme discussed

Bill no 2323527660 /2323527647 name of mohsin shaikh actual amount on bill is 1100 /1100 for two handset amount taken for CLASSIC 261 by the executive is 2200 / 2200 for two handset . they have taken double amount from me.
After that on billing date the bill arrived Rs 456 for mobile no 9372164697 and Rs. 339for mobile no 9372164698.
They have told that reliance to reliance is free for 1 number. But then also they have charged me for the same number.

Indoor Tower Problem
This is bring to your kind notice that several times I have complaint over telephone to customer care regarding Indoor Tower problem. They note my complain and say that now after your complain this is our problem to how can it be solved. But a month after month past, no fruitfull result has yet been resolve.
So, you are requested to look into this matter and take suitable action as early as possible to solve my problem accordingly.

Unsolicited calls, sms and poor customer care!
Getting repeated calls and SMS with unsolicited offers from RIM and other companies - insurance, investments etc. despite informing them to put me on NO CALLS registry several months ago. on 10th aug on reminding RIM customer care at *333, a very rude lady informed me that no such request is registered and that it will take minimum 30 days to action any such request. when asked why i have to tolerate such nuisance calls for 30 days she started shouting that you can go to consumer forum if you want and there is nothing i can do about it!!
Reliance name is synonymous with poor customer care, wrong billing and very poor standard of response from their tele-customer support service. The tele-executives RIM has are poorly trained, dimwitted and repeat in a parrot like fashion cliches -"sorry to have kept you waiting for so long... (even if it is only 2 seconds or several minutes)... indicating they do not apply their minds (or lack it) and in case do not mean it. refuse to give complaint number and generally are unable to help even after asking you to repeat the personal information 2 or 3 times!

No response from customer care!
I would to inform all of you that don't buy any reliance connection because they are cheating you. if you purchase Prepaid phone after 2 -3 days you mobile get disturb and Customer care Executive give no response (Web World or C.C. No.). other way when you get post paid Connection, They Send bogus bills and no response.

My service is resumed without any notification!
I am customer of RIM last 5 years. I cant hope that RIM customer care can treat so badly with me. Services of my RIM is resumed last 10 days without any information.
I contacted to my nearest Web World (Preet Vihar, New Delhi- 110092). Lady who entertaining customers told me that I have post your complain. Your complain will solve within 72 hours. When I revisited the Web World she told me " your ID prof and address is missing so your services is disconnected. Please resubmit documents." I submitted my ID prof and Address prof.
After submitting my documents I revisited to the Web World when my mobile services was not activated then she told me that there is problem with your mobile set please go Nokia Service Center to check.
I went there. they told me that your mobile phone is OK. Again I reported to the Web World that there is no problem in my hand set. They told me we cant do any thing cause with our end your service is working.
Result is that my mobile is still dead. Very rude, and irresponsible behavior of customer service!

Pathetic network service
I have been a customer of reliance india mobile for past 2 years but of late i am disgusted with the network problems i have to face. It has become a routine that every Sunday the reliance network simply jams. Any number i try to make call to, the only message i get is "this route is busy, please try after some time".
This has been going on for past 4 weeks regularly. Even when i get connected somehow, the connection gets cut after a few seconds and then again its the same problem. All Mr. Anil Ambani is worried 4 is to make money, without any concern for customer satisfaction and the quality of service that he provides.

Not getting phone bills by post
I have not rec'd phone bills by post for last two months, despite repeated reminders. My complaint no. Dated 14 /6/2007 is 51204187. I find it difficult to visit web world to pay bills, as i find it easier to drop the cheque along with the counterfoil of your bill in the reliance drop box near my house.

Complaint isn't resolved yet
I bought the new Reliance connection. Next day, I called up Reliance Customer Care and asked them whether I can recharge the 875 STD Calling card using ICICI Internet Banking. They told me that I can make the payment using ICICI Internet banking and recharge the 875 STS calling card, When I recharged the same, my recharge amount was credited to main account instead of STD Calling Card account. I logged a complaint. It is since 9 days, and the issue isn't resolved yet. I don't think Reliance is capable to provide valuable service to its customers. After all, at last customer suffers not the company. they are only interested in making money and not concerned about customers satisfaction.
I had called Reliance Customer Care Several times but they always say the issue is on SOLVING STATE. I will never recommend anyone for RELIANCE MOBILES.

Number 1 fraud!
Hi, I bought a cell for my father in nov 2006 under an offer from Prepaid division of RIM. I was told by the sales representative that under the current scheme I will be offered free 1 year incoming calls at the handset and I can use 2000 Rs local calls from this mobile till the completion of year. Till six month it goes very fine but as soon as six months r over , now it says that you can't make any calls as the balance is not there. I have contacted Reliance Customer care so many times and they repeat that the offer was till six month.
Now my concern is that, why they keep customers cheating? Either The sales representative of web world at Jamshedpur has cheated me or the company itself? Whatever may be that case, I am at the loosing end.
Through this Complain I would like to attract the attention of the other customer that please get everything written on their letter pad so that we can go against RIM in consumer forum. This is clearly the case of cheating.
