Mobile is not working!
Its been three days that my phone is not working. When I call up Customer Service on *333 the kind of response which I get is so bad that one can not even imagine. First of all, the adviser does not give me the complete information (I wonder if they have got proper Product Knowledge?) I wonder if they have got the complete Product Knowledge.) Every time I am being told that there is some congestion in the network which will be over by 6:00P.M; 7:00P.M; 8:00P.M; and so on. When my phone did not work even after they said time then, again, I called up the customer care service inquiring about the same and then the adviser (Named “Javed”) tells me that the problem has been rectified and I should not face any kind of problem. He starts giving me the INSTRUCTIONS that HOW SHOULD I USE MY OWN TELEPHONE.
Today, 29th May 2007, as well I called up the Customer Care Department and told them that its been the third day that my phone is not working then again they narrated me the old story, which was wait till 12:30 P.M. and the phone will start working. I asked to have a word with the Manager and the Supervisor warns me to disconnect my call.
I do not understand that why such a big company is being so UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Service I have ever seen in my life. The most UNRELIABLE service I have ever seen in my life. The Customer Service which does not care about its Customers is not the Customer Service. Customer Service is a face of the Company and if the customer will get such a kind of response then you can wonder that what kind of impact you are giving to the Customers.
There is no care about:
1) Customer Satisfaction.
2) Do not know how to TALK to the customers.
3) NO Product Knowledge.
4) Tell lie to the customers, I do not know why?
5) Many more, which I can not even explain.

Unable to stop misuse of a prepaid account
I lost my cellphone on 4th of may 2007. I tried to block the same number from various sources but i was said that your birth date is not matching, it happened many times.
Finally on 6th when i was there for having a new handset (i was said that i will get my own old connection activated from that new no.) but was unable the same connection and given the reason that the number to my connection has been changed(they said-" aapke number par dusra number chada gaya hai")
I told them to give the information regarding the new number or the number only. I dont have bill of the handset. The connection was mine how someone can change the number without submitting the documents.

Customer harassment
I bought a new Reliance India Mobile on 3rd May 2007 from one of the dealers named Talkers Zone B-1/4 Community Center Janakpuri New Delhi-110058.
I bought 4 top up vouchers with it.My phone was activated i the shop only.
The problem started when i reached home and started trying to top up my phone so that i can make outgoing calls, and till today i am unable to do it. I went to shop again they gave me a number to call and to speak to them. I called one full day and was told all kind of solutions but all in vain. Today morning i spoke to their supervisor Miss Jyoti she plainly said that she cannot help me and to go to the dealer again. I went to dealer and asked him to give me my money back as i am already very frustrated with all this drama. He refused, and kept my handset which is still with him.

Unable to make calls
I registered under Mrs.Anna Maria Dsouza, am having trouble with this service. I am not able to dial any phone no., not even the customer service. I have tried putting my phone off and restarting it but it doesn't work. I was received a call from the reliance office earlier before finding out that i am unable to make calls.
Customer beware!!!

Cheating by RIM
I recd an SMS with - "Dear Reliance Customer, New Year Special E-Recharge with Rs 2007, Get 1 year Validity, Rs1638 Talktime and 2007 Local SMS Free! Offer ends soon". With this message, it clearly states that the validity is for 1 yr. Recently, I came to know that 2007 SMS were free for 60 days only. On discussing this issue with the customer care for few times, they said that its their policy, but they had never mentioned about this. This is really ridiculous. Simply, they are worse than thief.

Misbehaviour of the Dealer
Whom so ever it may concern.
I have a reliance mobile phone under Life time scheme with installments. I need to pay Rs. 90 every month to keep my phone active. This time, Nov 19 was the due date to recharge with Rs. 90. & on 20th my incoming/outgoing calls were barred but I went to reliance Exclusive outlet at Rajajinagar Bangalore on 1st Dec. 2006 and paid Rs. 90 for the recharge.
I was told, it will happen in another half an hours time, so I left for home from there. I didn't get any message and on checking the balance I found it is expired on Nov 19th and the balance is Rs. 80+. I waited for another two days for the phone to activate incoming/outgoing calls. the phones state was same but my currency had come down to 0.0 (Zero ). I thought as there is delay happened in recharging my currency must have gone to zero.
About this when I went to the same dealer and asked on 5th, he realized that he has not recharged. so he admitted his ignorance and recharged on 5th Dec. 06. (for which I had paid on 1st Dec) My incoming calls got activated but my currency?
When I asked them about this currency, they gave very irresponsible answers. During this discussion, they looked me down as I'm asking about Rs. 80 (Eighty). I was insulted in front of all the customers they had, I was assaulted, man handled and also asked to go out of the shop.
My question is, does the amount I have lost, matters to get the justice? I Think if Ambani's didn't value a rupee, they wouldn't have become the richest.
I regret to have Reliance Mobile phone because of such rude/ill-mannered/boorish dealers.

Fraud / customer cheating!
I will advice to Indian country people. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer like if you have post paid connections and if you are not going for itemize bill then your monthly bill goes too high as soon as you go for itemize bill your monthly bill amount will come down. Again they make you fool by generates duplicates call when call somebody that way they increase your bill amounts every month.
