MNP Change from Reliance CDMA to Vodafone GSM
Dear Respected Sir/ Madam,
I had given request for MNP change on 04th March 2011.Till date inspire of several complaints and reminders nothing has been done. Reliance people just tell that the request is in process. I am totally disappointed by the attitude of reliance infocom people, everyday they tell a new story for not completing the request. I was told on 20th June that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours but nothing has been done yet. On 21th June I have SMSed porting request for the 5th time. NONE of the employee is responding to my query properly.

Even big enterprises like Reliance Telecom are thieves and cheats. thEY BY THEMSELVES SUBSCRIBING THE CUSTOMERS TO CALLER TUNES/SONGS AND DEDUCTING RS 10/-EACH WEEK- WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THAT TO THEN AND THERE IMMEDIATELY THEY SAY SORRY BUT DEBIT THAT AMOUNT AFTER 72 HOURS ---MY CELL NO 9396785679

Instead of refunding me the balance security deposit I am being threatened of a legal action
I got disconnected my Reliance connection on March 10 th 2007. Instead of refunding me the balance security deposit I am being threatened of a legal action and have received a legal notice from their legal adviser this such a rued one as if I have done a crime when contacted the local office I was shown the account and the company has to pay me Rs.1232/- but I am still getting threats.

Handset get switched off often automatically
I bought a new CDMA handset of nokia model no 1255.I am facing problem in it. People calling me complaints of hearing echo of their voice.I am also unable to hear clearly and the handset get switched off often automatically.

Automatic subscription to CRBT service
Hi
I am Lalit from Bangalore India. bearing mobile number 9342415882.
From last 2 months I have been getting sms messages from reliance notifying me that I have been subscribed to CRBT service for 1 day/30 day/10 days etc. and for that money has been deducted accordingly RS. 10/30/10 respectively.
Where as I have never even tried to subscribe for any of the fancy services.
I have been getting these sms messages at night 4 a.m, 5 a.m etc.
I have contacted more than 10 times to the customer care for the same through my mobile last month. First time rs.10 was refunded. But next time RS. 30 was not refunded, and I was assured by the customer care executives and one floor supervisor that, they have already deactivated CRBT service from my mobile, but money was not refunded last month.
Even after all these inconveniences, though I requested and even warned them that in next month it should not again renew the subscription to CRBT service automatically, and also I have asked them to activate the DND service, Today on 29 Jan 2010, I got one sms from reliance that my subscription to CRBT service has been renewed for 10 days and RS. 10 was deducted from my account.
So I request to take necessary action against this and refund my money. And also please look for in future I should not face these unwanted problems.

Abrupt billing
I had a broadband connection which i got disconnected in March 2008. At that time a landline connection was given free. Now despite disconnection of broadband a bill for Rs 505 has been sent. kindly look into the matter.

unauathorise deduction of money
On 23 oct 2007 my mob. no. 9300901454 face problem of unauathorise deduction of 49 /-.Next day when we comp. they provided comp. no 57474466 and ask for 48 hrs to wait .on passage of 48 hrs the customer care is accepting the fault but not ready to refund the money .

Mobile Bill
Hi ,
Myself is sachin sawant & i have purchase compaq laptop ,along with laptop i got reliance internet access card .
I have paid 3000/- Rs for card & the told me that the card can be used for 3 month free .
I have used for three month after that the have putted me in 1000 /- RS internet plan without any notice send to me .
After after that i was receving 900 /- frist month then 1200 /-
second month.
My internet service was stop for this 2 month but till i was receving heavy bill .
i have paid 900/- rs bill amount ,my internet was started for 5 days then again it was stop .
when i spoken with executive it was informed that i need to pay
1200/- rs bill .
i am not happy with service provider & bill charges without informing the customer .

call barried witout any reasone
i am recently buying a classic handset and it works for three days but unfortunatly my calls are barrend,i even unable to call costumer care.
