phone barren without any reasone

Pathetic service!
We bought a Voice and data card at Rs.4199 from Reliance Webworld 3 months back which refuses to get activated.We were made to visit R-Web world 6 times in 4 days and despite repeated assurances that the card is activated the card simply does not function.The Area Sales Manager Mr.pande when contacted says that since the card has been taken in personal name they cant help and one has to go to web world ! We have alrweady been there 6 times in 4 days and dont want to meet the same bunch of idiots again.we are at our wits end !
Never buy R Infocom products if you take my advice.
I recommend the company also changes its name from Relinace Infocom to Reliance InferiorCom.

Getting unpaid bill reminder for terminated connection
I terminated my post-paid reliance base connection number 01132523717 on 06/12/2006. I returned the set and made the full and final settlement at 40,Community Center, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110057.
Now, all of a sudden I am getting unpaid bill reminders from Reliance Infocom with even threats of show cause notice. Beware!

Phone stopped fro 11 days!
My mobile (09300878792) have been stopped for 11 days. I have received so many SMS regarding submission of all documents. I have submitted all documents yet my mobile phone still stopped by you and I am continuously getting SMS regarding submission of documents. Note I have already submitted it.
Their customer support service is also very poor and they don't behave properly. I am resident of Bhopal city. The dealer of Reliance Info from where i have bought my mobile, his address is:

3rd class servise provider
Every time when i call from Reliance India card, I'm not able to make any call. i face this problem many times, worst time is 15 hrs, in which I'm not able to make any call. And the Customer Care of Reliance Infocom. Is so poor responder and give STUPID ans.
ADVISE: don't go for reliance connection plsss...

Phone dead for last one year
I was using reliance postpaid phone. There after , I decided to take Reliance land-line for my purpose and changed my reliance post-paid connection on cellphone to reliance pre-paid.
I didn't feel any more use of my reliance prepaid connection so, i didn't recharged the phone. After 6-8 month I wish to recharge it again to gift it to my friend but it was not working. I am not able to make the call to customer care. I met the customer care executive at Reliance web-world. They tried many times, Mailed to their respective heads and promise me to do whatever they can. It is almost one year passed and yet I am not able to make a call from this Reliance pre-paid phone.
Please anybody, who can help me anyway, come forward. As this cellphone can't be used for some other connection also and its a expensive phone.
