This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. The ISD is not used by most of the people like me and it becomes useless. I don't think this will be done by mistake for the second time and it seems to be some conspiracy by Reliance Infocomm.
Secondly, when you contact the customer care, then you are told that the amount can be transferred to the STD account by dialing *399 from the dealer's mobile. *399 is the dealer customer care number and the person there tells that it has to be done from the customer's side as the customer has the talktime transferred to his cell. This is again a ploy by Reliance Infocomm as both the points contradicts themselves.
I know there is a solution for this but I am hooked by company's bad tactics to earn money.
