poor network & non connectivity (call drop problem )
Your network is very poor since last three days and your company is not bother about inconvenience to the customer. The company is only have interest in grabing the money by way of caller tune, sms, dial tone etc., let the customer die without good services. There is a need to improve your network services and even upgrade & increase your towers. If you are unable to do so, you must hand over the company to some other big company, and let the harassment of the customer be stop.

deduction of money
i have subscribed sms pack & got the confirmation also. but between 2-3-2010 to 3-3-2010 my maximum money has been deducted. i have used sms facility during above period . i have contacted on 30333333 but could not recieve proper answer .please enquire about it & rectify my bill. my mob.no. is 09336913142

Fraud in changing for calls
Hi,
I have taken the scheme "Simply Reliance", in which the calling rate should be Rs. 0. 50 / min. But after this recharge also, I have been charged more than 0.50. and the company is not ready to accept this. Even on calling to customer care, some how they are trying to ignore the call, and not giving the write data on asking. Not at all professional.
It is great if I can get my money back, and would suggest every one not to go for and use some other service provider which will not cheat atleast.

misinformation from customer care
due to the misinformation about a s.t.d. offer provided by the customer care representative, a wrong recharge was done by me. i came to realize the recharge was not right when currency was cut for my first call. when i first contacted the senior supervisor, the accepted the mistake and said that the recharge could be reverted. but when i went for the revert, the reliance web world said that the revert can be done only if the amount used is less than 10 rs. the next day when i contacted the customer care, they say that they never misinform ever... they are not ready to accept a human error even though i insisted them to trace back to the recorded call i made to the customer care!

Inspit of bill payed mobile deactivated during my roaming location
Two days back I got SMS to pay my bills. I instructed my company to pay bills as I was at Roaming location. In the afternoon I got SMS that your money is credited but in the night when I tried calling some one phone did not work- incoming, out going and SMS - all deactivated. when I tried customer care Star 333 , asked to talk at 363 and some other number which says to resume service contact customer care. I feel being harrashed as still at roaming location and loosing opportunities.
