I am Ovais Yuisuf. I have post paid connection of reliance CDMA. number

is 9350846660. I have given
request (CSAE ID 157024542) for changing post paid connection to

prepaid connection on 13th july & paid all dues pending upto 13th july.

after that I got a message from reliance that your request will be

resolved in next 5 days. I called to customer care many times, they

told me u will get a call from concern department as soon as possible,

i haven't got any call till now. After 6 days i received sms saying

that "Please let us know if you are satisfied with the resolution of

last service request" without resolving my request, Then i called

customer care again and they said they closed my Request, and saying

that i have to again re summit and do the formalities again. Sir we

have tried to convince them in every manner but they are not agreeing

to anything. we cant go & fight with them everyday. Hence I request you

to please guide us in this.

I am using reliance CDMA prepaid mobile and some value added services automatically activated each month from Jan 2011 and company deducted the balance. When I call customer representative they says your money cant refunded i can oonly stop this. Each month they activate different services and cheat the money. I would like to request TRI to make strict rules against them, As the mobile companies always cheating their customers.

I have a reliance sim of Delhi (8882812743).. Since the last 1 and half month my 50 rs has been deducted due to activation of bollywood and joke pack without my consent. I had tried calling customer care but its not reachable. My sim is used only at the time of roaming.
Please pay attention to my problem

I have recharging my phone no. 9579389899 Rs. 30.00 TT Rs. 24.20 on 05/04/2011. Now my balance is Rs. Rs. 0.10 only. I have used T T Rs. 10.00 only. Where is going my Rs. 14.00 T T ? I had requested for DND on 26/03/2011 & has been registered no. 13085513624. Kindly send my details out going to Me. or adjusted the T T Rs. 14.00 to me.
