Fraud service provider full of lies!
We had disconnected the Reliance Mobile connected 10 months back and were assured that we will receive the refund in 3 months. After repeated calls to the customer care and posting on the website no action is being taken. After long efforts we managed to get they logged a complaint number 47406069 and informed that in 3 working days an CC officer (in what sense they call an officer ) will contact you and resolve the same. They did contact and said the case has been forwarded to the refund team and after that there is no movement.

Till date, I haven’t heard back from anyone, on calling customer care again, I was given the same answer.

WHILE TAKING A NEW CONNECTION THESE GUYS TAKE THE MONEY UPFRONT AND WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING REFUND ITS ALWAYS ON THE BACK SEAT.

Improper billing
We bought 4 new connections of reliance post paid mobile. We were told by the dealer that the monthly rental for each is Rs124 and that we could speak within our group of 4 for free. In the first bill, I was charged Rs.25 extra towards roaming. When I inquired with the customer care, I was told that it is a one time charge and that it would not be charged again.
Also, from the next bill, I am being charged additional Rs.50 as CUG for calling within the group. Thus, now I am being charged a rental of Rs.199 against 124 which was promised earlier.

When I complained against this to the customer care, first I was told that I should not be charged Rs.50 and also should not be charged Rs.25. Then again, the same call center lady called me back and said that it was her mistake and that I would still be charged Rs.50 for CUG. When I requested for disconnection of the service, I was told that they would waive the incorrect roaming charges only if I would continue with their services. What does this mean to the customer? I have been paying them additional incorrect charges, and they would waive them only if I would continue paying them the same??
The call center lady was supposed to call me back on the status in 24 hrs and its been over a week and there is no response from them.

I would say Reliance mobile is the worst service provider and would request all to stay away from Reliance!!!

Restrict outgoing calls!
I have paid my rim bill online on time and my bank show success of transaction also amount was debited from my account.i have inform and complain several time to call center of rim for this instead reliance deactivate my outgoing call. I thing they have very poor services and this suffer costumers.

Customer harassment
Re: This is to inform you that we are using 229 nos. of mobile and broadband connection through wireless handset on the name of our company M/s Shree Construction Company. This is really painful to inform you that being a classic customer one of your agent at Indore Mr. Rupesh Gadkari is harassing us since two months by not repairing the wireless handset. More over he commits to repair or replace but never turn back at our company. Secondly the bill amount does not collect from us although the cheque amount keeps ready and ultimately a huge amount is charged as late payment. Thirdly the CUG free call charges are also included in so many mobile set which did not refund till date. At last the request for bill details are also not given to us.
