CRBT Service
Sir,
Reliance Mobile has activated some service called CRBT on my Mobile with out my consent. Further, they do not respond to calls to customer care. Neither they unsubscribe the service when SMS is sent to them. They send a message accepting my request and renew the service religiously on every due date, taking Rs. 30 from my wallet every month. ISD not getting connected
Though there is enough of balance against my ISD global card account against my phone 9345523407 I am unable to connect to ISD line at Madagaskar for the past about 15 days.

regarding cheating with customers
my sms pack has to be expired on 31st jan nd have to be renewed on 1 feb, , , i deactivate the pack, but it didnt get deactivated, so i complaint to customer care on the same day, nd they take my complaint nd next day, my sms pack get renewed nd balance got deducted, ..and then my complaint go into progressed of last day, nd my new smscard got deactivated.this is the way how the reliance company exploiting the customers by unnecessarily deduting the balance.

No Network
Sir,
I live in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. There is no network at my home. I fed up with your service. Several times i called at customer care but always i got bad response. I spend more than rs.500 per month on recharge but still getting bad response of your service. If there will be no response of my complain then i have to switch to another telecom service.

and paid the full bill. Along with dis i had given my SBI a/c number & Miss. Suleka Paul told me that my security deposit (Rs.400/-) will be return to me within 90 days.
Bt till now (10-01-2011) i hadn't got my security deposit back.

auto cut of 30 rs.
dear sir, i hav recharge today for RS.100/ and i got right balance, in the evening today when my balance was 79 rs. automatically my bal was 49 rs. i didnt even touch the phn and automatically my bal was cut, i called customer care regarding this complaint, they told that r system shows 30 rs. where cut for selecting value add service, when i never taken this service, this is not the problem of 30 rs. but see how customers r being cheated. i request i shd get my bal of 30 rs. back. and see that never any customer is cheated. thanking u..my mob no 9021758985

unwanted activations & unwqanted marketting calls
I am reliance customer. I have a prepaid reliance cdma number. I am very disturbed with those unwanted calls . It effects my study & other work as well as reliance people become so un handled. They activate any service on my number without my request & deduct a lot of money which useless for me and not only they activate, if i call at the customer care center to deactivate that they dont deactivate that although they renewed it without any preconfirmation and again i have to loose my money. This is not first time i have suffered by this. some times my 50% balance just gone on this stupid activation and if you told to cce for activation they straightly told that this is my fault or i accepted those marketting calls to activate service.
This is a very serious issue. This is a very much a mentle harrisment. please take some serious step to stop this otherwise they will do it in future with customers making them in loss.
