UNWANTED SERVICES ACTIVATION
Hi,
I am fed up of the VAS services of reliance mobile. When i contact the customer care person they just say it is activated due to your acceptance while IVR calling. But no such IVR call we respond even we didn't receive any IVR from reliance still they deduct my balance. This happen 3-5 times. On deactivation they again activate the same within 3-4 days later. this is totally ridiculous. Could any body tell the way how would i got m balance back.

wrongly billed
The reliance mobile number 9849552574 with a pre paid facility was charged for Rs.100/- Balance as on 2.8.10 was Rs.71.60, after this date only 3 calls have been made for a total of 9.39 minutes. The balance as on 17.9.10 shows only Rs. 5.66 wherin it has to show a balance of Rs.66.60. This matter was informed by the user to the customer care, where no satisfactory reply was given. The user is planning to go for another service provider if the matter is not looked into. The customer care said they could do nothing about it, and only assured it won't happen again.Is this what a reliance customer care is all about???? Please can you look into this problem as soon as possible.

termination not entertained
My mobile no is-9827036194 in the name of PRATAP HANDRA MISHRA. i had made in writing to terminate the servie and refund security money on 27.05.2010 . subitted at their designated office at Bhopal. got receipt
They assured to refund maximum within 45 days. till now not refunded . also i had paid in full got their confirmation also. now they are raising false bill every month though switched off sine than.It is their habit, earlier iwas at Ranhi, India, Their they took my Bhopal address, till date i have not received refund of earlier termination. Reliance Mobile is a fraud company. Their Office boys dealing are rough.No one listens .Please do the needful

out going nahi ja raha hai
good afternoon sir,
Sir mai apni kuchh samasaya apse kahana chahata hu . mera mobile number 8103517448 kal 22.07.2010 - 7 pm se band ho gaya hai . mere mobile par incoming to aa rahi hai lekin outgoing nahi ja rahi hai . maine customer care se bat kiya to unho ne bataya ki aapka sim band karai gayi hai jab ki maine apna sim band nahi karaya hai. phir dusare customercare se bat ki to unho ne bataya ki apka id proof galat hai es liye band ho gayi hai. jabki es sim ko mai 5 mahine se chala raha hu. kal se hi band hai. bataye mai kya karu jabki mere pas ak hi number hai mai es samasya ko lekar kal se bahut paresan hu. please eska jaldi se jaldi samasya ka samadhan kiya jay. maine apna sim band bhi nahi karaya hai. please es samasya ka samadhan jaldi se bataye . mai bahut tension me ho gaya hu .
mera koi virodi ne mera number band karaya hai . kripaya mera yah nomber ko jaldi se jaldi chalu kiya jay

full talk time
default complaint against reliance customer care
sir,
i have to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid no-9319690709
i have taken the plan of 17 rupees by which we get full balance in every top up in 3rd july 2010 but i have not received full talk time and for that we ask customer care they don't give proper answer, most of the time they will tell our computer application software is not working, n they talk very rashly, please do some thing and solve my problem. otherwise, i think i block my no and use another service.

Unwanted SMS Approx 20 SMS per day
Sir,
I have received approx 20 SMS per day at 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
I don't know why you have send such type of sms.I have registered my mobile no (9313692947) on DND.
But its take 45 days to activating.Why you have not any process to stop sending these type of sms immediately.I have really irritating and want to complaints against Reliance in consumer court. I have searching such any process for complaint.

IMPROPER SERVICE
I am a grieved user of Reliance Mobile. Let me explain...
I already have mobile connections of other providers, and I am into business. I had a villa for sale and wanted to advertise in Newspaper. But I didn't want related calls on my existing mobiles bcos I wanted control over the calls from the Ad. So I appled for a Relaince connetion from Tripunithura office near SN junction, Cochin, Kerala. Then and there itself, I submitted the proof of identity as well as the photograph. It got through and I got hte connection running. Then I went to the Newspaper and gave the Ad. Two days before the date of the Ad, I got a message that my outgoing is barred. I contacted the service and got a reply that my address proof failed. What is with my address ? I have been living there fo the past 30 years !!! Even my cars are registered onthe same address. I contaced the office and told them that I needed the connection urgently becos of the Ad. They agreed to take care of that. But Alas !!! the next day, Incoming also got barred. You can check for your selves, the number is 08893089485 with Rs. 115 Balance !!! I contaced the office disappointed of the upcoming Ad, for which I had paid Rs. 1800 and thinking about the callers getting a "OUT OF SERVICE " Message. Again they saif it will be ok and I asked a confirmation. Then they said: "IT IS NOT SURE, THIS MAY TAKE TIME ..." Then and there, I threw the SIM card at them and walked off. I have got 5 of my mobile numbers on the same address and I don't know what Reliance brothers are looking at. Any way I donate my balance Rs 115 to Reliance !!!
Nothing to say about the Ad on the next day, with out a proper number, and the Ad was useless ...
There are many decent providers in India, then why people go after Reliance ? Let them STOP this ugly Business.
Mind you, they never called me up saying a sorry or some thing. This number 8893089485 (if in use) is still on my name (Madhu Gopal, Poonithura, Cochin, Kerala).
