misbehaviour by customer care executive
Dear sir /madam.
I am a serving employee of Indian Army posted in outskirts of Kashmir valley. My reliance mobile( MOB NO 9018780050) phone was disconnected because I was not able to pay my mobile bill in time.When i paid the bill and after 3 days i called up the customer care *333 to check that why my phone was not reactivated, the customer care employee MR MUKESH KUMAR took my call and commented on me that"ITNI ZOR SE KYU BOL RAHE HO, DHEERE BAAT NAHI KAR SAKTE. HAAN BATAO KYA TAKLEEF HAI".I requested him to behave and told him to connect me to his team senior .MR MUKESH put my call on hold and didnt respond even after holding the call for 11 mins.Finally one lady took my call and connected me to team leader MR PANKAJ who also spoke to me and when I narrated him the humiliation caused to me, he disconnected my call after holding it for a brief moment.He didnt even call me back.
I again after making my mind that I am not going to let it go, called the customer care on *333. MISS JYOTI picked up my call and I requested her to connect me to your team Leader MR PANKAJ. She at first denied but then agreed to connect and requested me to stay on hold . She kept my call on hold for 18 mins and I dont know how I could hear her conversations with some female colleugue who pointed her that the call is on hold, to which MISS JYOTI replied that " TU TENSION NAA LE, YEH KHUD HI KAAT DEGA CALL".Finally after holding the call for 21 mins I could speak to MR INDERJEET, the floor manager.
I narrated the misbehaviour of their employees to him to which he coolly replied that he has forwarded my complaint and we will reach you after 2 days. MR INDERJEET gave me the complaint number 127039964.When i requested MR INDERJEET to give me the details of their customer care, he just told me that they are located in Mohali.
It has been 6 days now but i didnt get any call from customer care . At this I am really shocked and amazed to think that the customer care employees, if they can behave with a responsible soldier like me in this manner then how will they behave with an ordinary citizen of this developing country. I just hope that some action would be initiated against these brothers and sisters of miine who in future would behave properly to a inneed customer.

Activation of add on without consent
My name is Robin. My reliance mobile number is 9310270808.
I am using this number from last couple of years. From last 5 months company is charging me money for additional add on. This add on was activated without my consent. I noticed the difference in bill last month when I got my bill. Then and there I call the customer care and deactivated that add on.They promised that I will not be charged in next bill but I recently got my bill. I am again charged, when asked from customer care, they replied that pack was deactivated after the date of activation and I wont see the difference from next month.
This is very frustrating. I already paid amount for that add on that I never activated and when I am trying to de activate, the company is not allowing me to do so. Giving senseless answers and customer care is also not cooperating.

Deduction of balance
My name is subham singhania . My cell no. is 09529719897. My address is A-112, TALWANDI, KOTA. On 14-april 2010 a message come that your subscribition of CRBT are renewed and rs 20 is charged from your balance. But i m not subscribe it. And on 13-april 2010 in mid night company charge rs 52 without any reason. On asking customer care he disconnet my phone.

Sir today 35 rupees hav been deducted from my reliance mobile account without doing anything.in january 169 rupees had been deducted.i gave complain but d customer care executives deny it.plz help.my no 9861533493. reliance is betraying me

unwanted Ad
I have two Reliance mobile belongs to Maharashtra and Orissa in which i frequently receiveing unwanted ad like Talking with beautiful girls or making boy/girl friends through given numbers by paying Rs. 3/6/12 per minutes. such type of sms were received atleast ten times per day in each phone.
such type of sms are distrubing family womens, girls and even to the business peoples. The company is earning Lacs of Rupees per day by giving such type of vulgar activities.
Reliance may kindly look the matter and stop such type of survice before some one take action against you or put some optional service.

I Have Activate Reliance Caller Tune Service On 4 April 2010
At 9:05 AM Via SMS (CT CTCode To 51234)
And after that I Have Recive One Confomation SMS.
and 5 april 2010 My bal Debit Aprox Rs.40/-
And 6 april 2010 2nd time My Rs.10/- Debit
And After that I Call Reliance Customer Care
And tell My problem 5times Rais SR.
But I Have No Recive Proper Resolution And
11 April 2010 At 12:15 PM Rs.10/- 3rd times Debit
But Still Caller Tune Service Not Play till Today.
Pls Activate My Caller Tune Other Wise Give Me Refund.

outgoing call fesility is disabled since 18/01/2010
I have retained a number on 18/1/2010 but nmy outgoing call fecitity is still disabled.I asked customer care for help they suggested me to submit my documents in Reliance outlet.I have submitted my documents on 19/1/2010 at The Reliance Mobile store Chakdaha and The Reliance Mobile store Ranaghat but my outgoing call fecility is still disabled.my details is given below-

Mobile tower
I like to inform Mr Anil Ambani regarding a mobile tower has been eracted by Reliance mobile on a residential plot B1-51 Sector 'D' LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow226012. I'll request to Mr. Ambani that for the sake of nearby residents health please relocate this tower from here as soon as possible. Another violation is that it is not on a building instead built on full residential plot. Wondoring how such a big company do business in this manner. For sure this could happen only in a corrupt way. Please note that radiation from these towers are extremely dangerous although effect could be visible after several years. Mobile companies are taking advantage of this log time of bad effect and low knowledge of innocent people.
