invalid epin number
we are retailer of suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd.
we did recharge of Rs. 200/- of reliance mobile by using suvidha servicess
which is online we got epin number but when we tried to recharge response
was please check the number. we also told suvidha customer care centre, They said you contact Relince customer care so please give us valid epin number and solve our problem.

ACTIVATING ADDED SERVICES WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION
My mobile number is 9355662981, reliance mobile has activated CRVT SERVICE @Rs 2 for 2 days and Play @ 10 Rs for 10 days, i got messages about it, these services has been activated withour my confirmation, i contacted customer care on *333, the are not ready to accept my complain and to give any proof of my requests for these services.
The message i got, have a number to unsubscribe the service by reverse sms, but it is not accepting and message fails to be sent. when i am contacting customer care 0n *333 it is not connecting for last 7 days. what should i do i am so harashed by reliance mobile service. Iwant to take them to court on this issue, kindly advice.

Refuse to repair in Warranty
In warranty period dealer refused to repair the mobile and sying I will charge 500 rs for repair of this set. and saying your set is out of warranty as per I purcase my set on 16/12/2008
and warranty is till 16/12/2009

I have a prepaid connection of Relaince Mobile no. 9352722219 since last three years. On this facility the company deduct unnecessary charges from card for services i never demanded.
on 15th August company deduct Rs. 80/- on account of some SMS and on inquiring your company inform that there is some mistake in charging rates also . Same was happen on 25th Sept, they deduct Rs. 88/- without inform us any things . company deduct charges for one or other thing . In our country where many people are illetrate and not aware of checking the bills charged by these company, it is really frustating when company charged the innocent customers for nothing . i want TRAI to take actions against these companies .

Handset Screen not working
I purchased one Reliance LG hand set Model No.LG-RO-3610 IMEI NO.RLGHS1033844220 on dt.06.06.2009. Yesterday suddenly the screen of hand set off. Nothing is showing the screen even I could not identify the number. Kindly let me know from where I can repair it or replace it becasue yet it has not been passed one year becasue it is in one year warranty. I am small private service man, please show me the path what to do. Your early responce will be highely appriciated.

Network Problem
I am using Reliance Mobile since nov.05 in Goa but they have very poor network here and despite making thousands of call to customer care they are not even responding the calls. I have made the complaint so many times but the mistake I did I didn?t note the complaint no. and after 3-4 months they delete the complaint no from there system. The complaint I note the complaint no. since are as under :-
Date 23/02/09 complaint no. 89924730 exec. on duty Santosh
Date 09/03/09 complaint no. 91332673 exec. on duty Parmeshwar
i have made almost 50 complaints after that but i am not mentioning tham as i have mentioned the oldest complaints.
I am always told that your problem will be solved within five
working days but this problem is not solved in 3 working year also

network problem
Sir,
I am living at Moolavattom, Kottayam. I was using bsnl for the last 1 year. but now i switched to Reliance as they had better offers. But after taking the connection, i noticed that i have no range in my area.Often i have to walk some ditance from my home to get the network in my phone.
So, i would like to take my complaint seriously and do the needfull.This will be a great help, not only for me but other people living around me, using Reliance connection.

GSM network failure
This is to draw your attention towards the bad network of the new Reliance GSM service.
It has been a grieving fact to report such irregularities in your esteemed company. I have been using the Reliance GSM service since 4 May. But for a major time when i make a call the network is not available. I am having two numbers of Reliance GSM service-09027734260 and 09027734270. Due to such problems in the network, i hadn't been able to make important calls.As a reason for this i have start using other company's service.

poor system
my mobile set samsung cdma sch-m-569 -9327376202, reliance card not working call recording function and same mobile set working in tata card call recording possible.tata & reliance both cdma service.
it means reliance signal, system poor VS TATA COMPANY.
ALSO NOTE I CHECK FULL & FINAL RELIANCE CDMA PREPAID & POSTPAID BOTH CONNECTION CARD NOT WORKKING CALL RECORDING AND TATA CDMA ALL CARD RUNNING CALL RECORDING FUNCTION.
ALSO I CHECK ANOTHER SAMSUNG MANY PIECE MODEL SCH-M-569 NOT WORKING CALL RECORDING IT MEANS RELIANCE COMPANY SIGNAL, SYSTEM PROBLEM.
MEANS COMMON PROBLEM RELIANCE CDMA IN ALL PHONE.
CALL RECORDING PHONE MAY FUNCTION ON KARTE HAY TAB - NOT SUPPORT IN 4GV CALL -RELIANCE KA CARD MAY ASA LIKHA HUA ATA HAY.
