i have taken a cdma sim from reliance authorized outlet but after 2-3 days my sim got disconnected, when i asked with customer care they told that the document has not been submitted but when i went to the outlet they told that they have already submitted my proper documents, after this my sim got activated but they are repeating again and again the same thing giving the same reason.i really don't understand when they activated my sim for the second time than after that how can they disconnect my sim giving the same reason. i am really frustrsated by the contradicting statements of customer care and the vendor. it has been around a week they are not activating my sim. i have given that number in all the companies where i have applied for job, i don't know how costly it is going to prove for me.

the reliance tower at thana bihpur, dist bhagalpur is just a few yards away from my residence. there is no network on my mobile very frequently. on complaint to the tower operators they give excuses on technical grounds. it would be hard to believe but this has been the case since our neighbourhood got reliance network via that tower two years ago. isnt it mandatory for mobile operators to provide consistent network on establishment?

I have a reliance prepaid connection just 4 days back I recharged it with a Rs 496 plan and it was reliance to reliance free all over india but just after 2 days they deducted my money even for reliance to reliance and that offer was not working when i tried to contact the customer care they said it will take 60 hrs it would be due some technical reason but even after two days i haven't got any answer from them and i am feeling like that i have done a big mistake by taking this connection. Without any use they have taken my Rs 600 and i don't understand who the hell is gonna give it back.

I had received SMS from Reliance that recharge you account with RS 95 and you will get life time validity.
In this SMS they have neither mentioned any term & condition or any SMS validity details. So I recharged my reliance account by RS 95. Now I am not getting LIFETIME validity. I got only Rs 0.02 talk time for 14 days validity. My current connection has longer validity so whats the meaning of giving me 14 days validity? Reliance is making money after sending this kind of sms to customer.
