wrong charges
I didn't activate my reliance devotional pack and they are charging me from last two month. And after my deactivation with reliance customer care. Still they are charging

Wrong Plan

I have a Reliance Mobile Phone No.9315815359 which is being used by my better half. The connection was applied under scheme HPGCL 99through Mr. Parveen Punj. of Ambala (09315812182).
1st bill amounting to Rs 529.65 I received for the period 28-01.2008 to 29-02-2008 bearing No. 361009352940.Which indicates the plan as DSHAFED399for which I have never applied. But I paid the amount of Rs 500/-on assurance that the plan will be converted to the desired plan waving off the extra charges.
Now again I am in receive of another bill No. 361077242045 amounting Rs 451.79 for the period of 01-03-2008 to 31-03-2008 under undesired plan.
I have contacted many times to customer care, Mr Parveen & Mr Deepak(Parveens Juneer) but all in vain. Customer Relation Ship Manager (Panipat) did not attended the phone.
I am being harassed by continuous messages and Phone calls from Reliance for depositing the bill amount. Let me know why I should pay for the faults which are not mine and why the reliance people are listening my complaints with deaf ears
Further, this is not the only connection facing problem. There are four more connections in Bhudkalan (Khizrabad )under this Plan.

illegal charges deduct by company
I have a prepaid connection of Relaince Mobile no. 9312908702 since last three months. On this facility the company deduct unnecessary charges from card for services i never demanded.
on 15th April company deduct Rs. 22/- on account of some SMS and on inquiring your company inform that there is some mistake in charging rates also . Same was happen on 25th April, they deduct Rs. 10/- without inform us any things . I availed the facility of Rs. 25/- for unlimited SMS, but on every second day, company deduct charges for one or other thing . In our country where many people are illetrate and not aware of checking the bills charged by these company, it is really frustating when company charged the innocent customers for nothing . i want TRAI to take actions against these companies .

incoming call diactivated
respected sir,


i have an pre-paid no. 9357270618, as on 25 april 2008 i have recharge the life time validity, but after that incoming call of my set is not activated only msg are come all facilities are closed.
ur customer care behave not properly, i have written complaints two three times but they give not any respone, ur pre-paid executives also not give any response.
we are ur reputed customer many of other reliance connections with us, for ur service i am not satisfied, if u not take any action
pls closed our all accounts not only pre-paid but our post paid connections also.
if u call me my subsitute no. is 9317794923.

Poor service by Reliance!
I am 3 year old customer of Reliance. My mobile hand set was broken some how. I want to retain the old no. and buy a new mobile hand set. When I contacted Reliance world, Dariya ganj, the executive asked me to come one hour later as the mobile handsets out of stock. I went again 2 hours later the answer was the same. I spent my four hour in this matter but the result was nothing.

BAD SERVICE
Dear Sirs,

I have shifted my prepaid connection to pastpaid connection. NO-9352021978
After 10 days my incomeing locked,
Then I contacted the Vaishali Nagar WEBWORLD, Hear Mr. Tiwari assured that your address has wrongly verified, so it will take some time to resolve.
After 2 days the mobile get activeted, but from today afternoon again MY OUTGOING AND INCOMEING BOTH GET BANNED.

As I contacted the webworld Mr. Tiwari is saying you have to contact Mr. Nayar, who is looking after the address varification system.

Dear Sirs please note that I am getting all my communications (bank/creditcard/official statement) in My current residence address .
The guy may not have visited my residence, Relying on those guys Reliance is LOOSING VALUABLE CUSTOMERS,
So,please try to solve my problem as earliest.

NEITHER SIM CARD NOR HANDSET GIVEN BUT BILL COMES REGULARLY
THE COMPANY HAS SENT THEIR REPRESENTTATIVE TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS, IDENTITY ETC. IN OCT.,2007 THEREAFTER NEITHER THEY HAVE TAKEN DEPOSIT NOR GIVEN ME MOBILE SET, SIM CARD ETC. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I HAVE STARTED RECEIVING BILL FROM OCT. TILL DATE. IN THE OCT, 2007 IT SELF WE HAVE APPROCHED RELIANCE WEB WORD AT KORA KENDRA, BORIVALI (W), MUMBAI AND COMPLAINED ETC AND INFORMED TO STOP THE MOBILE USE BUT TILL DATE THE SO CALLED HIGH TECH WEB WORLD AS WELL AS THEIR INEFFICIANT STAFF IS UNABLE TO NEITHER STOP THE USE OF MOBILE NEITHER GIVEN ANY REPSONSE. IN BTWEEN IN DEC., 2007 THEIR COLLECTION STAFF HAS COME AND COLLECTED THE FORM IN WHCIH ALSO IT IS VERY SPECIFICALLY WIRTTEN THAT WE HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED MOBILE NOR SIM CARD BUT THE SAME IS ALSO IN VAIN. EVEN WE HAVE TODAY AGAIN APPROCED THE WEB WORLD CHANDAVARKAR ROAD BORIVALI WEST THE SAME STORY OF THE STAFF.
ACCORDING TO ME SUCH HIGH TECH FRAUD COMPANY SHOULD NOT ONLY BE PUNISHED BUT ALSO THEIR TOP BRASS BOSSES ALONG WITH SUCH A NUT STAFF SHOULD BE HANDG TILL DATE

PLEASE HEP ME TO BRING THIS FRAUD TO PUBLICASE EVERY WHERE IN THE WORLD SO THE INNOCENT AND ILLITERATE PUBLIC SHOULD NOT BE LOOTED WITHOUT THEIR FAULT.

service area is their but no service
their is very poor service provided by reliance mobiles

their is an coverage but mobile phones is of no use

i can not make an outgoing call

disconnection inspite of payment
I have dropped a cheque of Rs.585/- in a drop box of Reliance communication branch at S.V.Road, Opp Jain Derasar,Pai nagar,Borivali (W) branch 11th february'2008 towards my mobile mobile no 9320052997, but till date the cheque amount is not being debited from my account & now the outgoing calls have been deactivated. This has happened in the past also that inspite of depositing cheques before due date there has been disconnection in outgoing calls. If reliance can not manage to give proper services than they should not open so many branches unless they become capable of providing services to masses.

Balance deduction
They have deducted my prepaid phone's balance as they says that my free SMS's were over, but because of their network problems, my receipents were getting one message more than 5 times.
And I called in a customer care and they said that it will be done in 48 hours, but still it has not yet done.
