POOR SERVICES & LIABLITIES
I have de activated my CUG 6 months ago ,
& on the records it is showing that NO CUG is activated ,
but on the bill every month have to pay the charges for the same . & nor the coustar care *333 or Web world executive Mr. Kishan of Noda Sector 18 is listning on to it.
What should i do . & this thime i hade not payed only 163 from 2163 amount then these fellow have disconnected my outgoing services.

ZTE CDMA USB MODEM INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED
I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance Mobile 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.
The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.
The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.
To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.
Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.
My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

non change of billing address
I am a customer of reliance mobile since the very beginning , and did not have much problems since now.
I have logged a complain to change my billing address to my new residential address , the proof and required documents which have been submitted to the webworld almost 3 times, and complained to the customer care about 70 times now but in vain.....
the reliance billing system seems to have a billing problem or they are not effecient enough...
my new address seems to show up on their system correctly however the bills still are going to my old residential address.. after repeated complains to customer care and even after visiting the webworld all they would say is that the address has been updated on their system , and still i receive my bills on the old billing address.. this has been going on for 7 months now without any rectification on the part of Reliance customer care..
This is the problem i face with two of my cell numbers ... I was other wise a very satisfied customer but now i think its time i need to look for other cell phone services.....

Poor customer service
Converted my mobile connection fron pre paid to post paid on 20.10.2007 but they not yet started my STD service despite visit to their web site and reliance world centre.
Very poor service. If anybody wants to use reliance mobile service, pls. avoid it as you will be struck up with their stupid network.

network change
I have hyderbads number 9397665911, which i want convert here at mumbai cluster. i went to reliance webworld at shivaji park near dadar mumbai, they forced me to rechagre 200 rs. then my number will be changed. Its 15 days older story, still i dint get number changed. i went at that webworld 5 times. every time they told me it' ll done today, but that today didn't come yet. yesterday they told me if u can't get service THROW YOUR MOBILE IN TO DUSTBI....!!! thats the story of RELIANCE, which is no more reliable...!! My honest suggestion to all PLZ DONT BUY RELIANCE MOBILE. its the wqorst service in the world. Mr. Anil Ambani, are u listening..? throw ur company into dustbin ... if u'll not do it, ur costmors will surely do it..

Non response of customer either by company or company owned people at Paralakhemundi ( Gajapati) Orissa
Bill amount paid on 24.10.2007 Rs 460.00 Services deactivated on 23.10.007 not yet restored nor responding our requests , one should have patient with reliance, but they not need to have it because they earned lot out of people support.

Unauthorized billing!
We have bought Reliance data card having following details

Tel.No.9371642120
We were receiving bills even though we were not using the data card due to a problem reported to Web World i.e. the data card does not fit into Compaq laptops. On 8th September 2007 we visited one of the Reliance Communication center on Sihagad Road, Pune (Moon Light Gallery) whose OTC code is 41024. After discussions it was decided that we pay 50% of the total billing amount i.e. of Rs.1034/- and the card would get activated in the next 3 days. So we paid Rs.517/- whose receipt no is S074796504.
But till date the card has not got activated and on top of that we have received one more bill of Rs.872/- for the period 11-08-2007 to 10-09-2007. We called up the customer care number and got to know that the card is still suspended.
I think this type of service to the customers is really disheartening in this competitive world and not acceptable.

Poor service!
My mobile got stolen i asked reliance web world to block my number but there sever was closed and customer service was not doing it. There server was closed for 15 days i had balance and couldn't recharge cause of there server problem my balance is gone and for restarting the phone they are harassing me.
Beware of them!

Deactivation of STD call before due date of payment
My reliance mobil no is 9321753946. This number is postpaid. My bill of current month is by due date is 12.11.2007. Today i received one sms from the reliance mobil regarding deactivation of std calls in my mobil. I inquiry in the customer care department regarding this deactivation. The officer at customer care only told me that, this deactivation is done because of my credit limit is over. But the officer is not knowing regarding how credit limit is given to the customer. The officer is also not knowing from where i will get information of the credit limit given to my mobil number. Is this type of credit limit can put by under any policy?

Poor service!
All the lines of Reliance Mobile & Hello Phone (land Line) are off from today morning 7.00Am IST. Whenever we dial you get a pong sound and a message "NETWORK BUSY". Even now it is not rectified and the SMS is also blocked. No Information on what has happened or when it will be rectified.
