No. 1 fraud services in the world!
Hi all,
My Kind suggestion is, plz do go for any reliance mobile. This No.1 Fraud services in the world.
I am using post paid connection.while when am checking the unbilled usage after one week of my bill date. They are saying around Rs.400. After that i tried request for a itemized bill. They had taken the request, but i got normal of rs.1010.00 at the end of the bill date.
Regarding this i called them atleast 10-12 times, but there is no response from the stupid executives.
So, please dear all choose some other good services.

Poor Reliance Mobile services and costumer care
We have corporate connections of reliance mobile phones. We have 3 connections and all our bills were paid before due date. This time we have not received the bill. We receive SMS out going calls de-activated. And we are not able to use our mobile and our business/ communication is on hold. This is the company who don't know that they are committed to give the communication services for which a company has bought the corporate connections.
Before this we were regularly threatened by Reliance Company that our limit has exceed pay to continue our connections.
This is the worst service that regularly sends us SMS which has no mining. If any of our staff just check the massage and our services are activated. Like ring tones web world. Which we are not using but amount is being charged in our bills on regular basis.
And customer care services no. *333 kept waiting for hours when it's connected we have been told to visit web world.
I just want to know what costumer care is and how they are taking care of costumer. They just listen it there is no solution and no care/cure to the problem.
If you are real business user of mobile never go for reliance mobile.
If you just want to show a mobile go for reliance mobile.
Reliance costumer care = no care.

Fraud and cheating!
My Rel Mobile number is 9322229517. On March 17th this year, they suddenly sent SMS informing that they have activated Cricket Update (world Cup) and the charges will be 99 Rs/month + taxes. All my protests fell on deaf ears. They sent as may as 50 SMS in a day, cholking g my mailbox and inspite of repeated assurances that the update will be stopped, they continued. To add insult to injury, after 1 month they snet SMS that they have renewed the update at lower rates (49+ Taxes) This also went on for long.
Then they sent SMS that 'My Tunes' was activated at 49 +Taxes Rs/month
When I fought with their customer care, they sheepishly started refunding the charged amount in bits and pieces.
When They told me that they have refunded everything then I caught them with further cheating in that they 'forgot' to refund some amount This was 5 months after the event (Aug 8th).
They refuse to answer one direct question I am repeatedly posing " WHY DID YOU ACTIVATE THESE SERVICES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION". Whatever their claims, they charge for most of missed calls. When roaming, they make calls to sell their product and then charge roaming incoming charges on that. Written complaints even to their CEO Anil Ambani does not evoke any response, hence it is my gut feeling that all these must be done under his instructions.
In short, shift from Reliance mobile even if you have to forfeit instrument cost and inconvenience of changed number. The comfort is worth.
That is exactly I am going to do the moment I return to my base station in a week's time.

Customer harassment
I have taken a prepaid service from Reliance mobile one month back. while submitting adress proof, i mistakenly gave my original hometown address which is in a different state. So, Reliance disconnected my service. It's been 15 days since i submitted my new documents but I'm still waiting to get my cell activated. no amount of phone calls to my retailer or Reliance customer care has worked. It's sad that a private sector company should be so awful.

Deducting useless charges
I am using Classic 631 handset. Actually I downloaded two ringtone from R World. On the screen of the mobile it was written that Ringtone successfully saved. When I came out of RWorld to check whether the ringtone has been downloaded or not. There was no any ringtone saved in my mobile and twenty Rupees was deducted from my prepaid balance.
Tell me what to do someone!

Disconnect the facilities for out going calls
As an old customer of good standing of yours I have been paying your bill regularly. In spite of the fact that your ISD charges on the bills in the year 2004 appear unduly exorbitant and repeated queries from me on this fact was ever unanswered. Still I went on paying your bills as demanded.
Last month an unfortunate incident occurred, a cheque of mine as payment for your bill went dishonored for some mistake or other on my part. When I received an sms just asking me to pay my bill, then I inquired. It is only then I detected from my bank that my cheque that was issued as payment of that bill had been dishonored. There was no message to this effect from your end and you disconnected outgoing calls by sending a message on 7th June 2007. After three days I paid up the bill- a period, which was, naturally taking for to know what had happened for disconnect the outgoing calls.
Yesterday, on 25th June 2007 I received a phone call from Mumbai office informing me that only Rs 800/- was allowed to me as credit limit and I was asked to pay Rs 1600/- but the bill amount is Rs 1248/-. I confirmed the caller that I shall pay the bill amount on 26th June’2007, but surprisingly enough yesterday morning when I tried to make a call from my mobile phone I discovered that the connection for outgoing call was made disconnected without the slightest intimation from your end. May be the caller wants to be a good and sincere employee but to me this attitude is extremely surprising and insulting which is not expected by any customer from a renowned concern like yours.

Cellphone STD not activated
I have had a new Reliance mobile connection from Kankaria (Ahmedabad) web world 10 days before. But my std connection is not yet activated. Repeated request and contacts are in vain. No proper response and action taken from the concerned informations given to *333 dial up and direct to the service/web station. There is no attempts made for a customer problem.
If it was informed that it would take longer time in activation, I would not have preferred Reliance connection. Really SAD!!!

Not receiving bill
We have four connections of reliance mobile.Since last four months we are not receiving our bills.We are just paying the amount on the sms which we receive from the company.
Is this some sored of fraud activity?

Network is not activated
I have been billing costumer for past 1 year but when i tried to convert it to prepaid for which I have paid all my due date bill and prepaid amount but Still I have not yet activated. My line the customer care of reliance webwrold in santacruz west have no idea and also they do not pay any respect to the customer. Can any one tell reliance that just to collect money is not all the thing he can do without giving any services.

Worst services and cheating attitude
I have been using Reliance mobile for past 3 years and compelled most of my family members too to use reliance. The STD calling card introduced recently encouraged me to shift my fiancé to reliance from other service providers. I doubt the intentions of company now. Initially I was surprised to see that the call gets disconnected every 15 min during free hours. Then the charges of the card were increased from 625 to 875 for customers who want free calling facility. Now recently the policy is changed and probably reliance is harassing customers so that they don't try using the free calling facility. I am unable to call during free hours since last 7 days. First day I was given different deadlines saying that the problem is being resolved. Then again I was told there is no problem from our side and I was advised to try after some time. Its very irritating when we don't get services after paying for the same.
The harassment by reliance has crossed all limits. I have been repeatedly fooled with different assurances without resolving my problem at all. The senior person at customer care, kalpana had promised me on 26 th that I will never ever have this problem. But I was sure there wont be any change. I am use to with the useless fellows giving the same prototype assurance every time. I have contacted every person including service assurance cell. None is bothered to reply back.
Earlier i had problem of my phone getting disconnected even after making all payments. This has also been repeated at least 20 times.
