my mobile no.09343754795 NON REGISTER OF COMPLAINT IN MOBILE PHONE AND UNNECESSARY CHARGES OF RING TONES AND SENDING UNNECESSARY MESSAGES AND PHONES
I am N Radhakrishna Murthy (native of Andhra Pradesh-TELUGU) working as officer at Canara bank Head office Department of information Technology, IMB, 1st Floor, Naveen Complex, No.14, MG road, Bangalore-560001 since July, 2008 . I HAD taken life time validity connection from yr company vide no.09343754795. During Sept.2009 a call received from ur office-called by a lady during afternoon -that to when i am very busy in the office- talking in Kannada(which I could not able to understand) with respect of Deewali Ring tone offer. I rejected the same. I had recently (SEpt 20th, 2009)taken STD package of Rs.145 validity period 30 days and talktime 200 mts. As due to insufficient balance STD calls are not going and as such I recharged with Rs.50. Immediately ur office deducted Rs.30/- towards deewali ring tones without my knowledge.The next day When I complained the same immediately to ur customer care repr. told that with my consent only deducted Rs.30/-towards deevali ring tones. I asked them to deactivate the ring tones and immediately they have deactivated the ring tone and not credited the amount of Rs.30/-.OK. I patiently waited. To my surprise, charges debited for STD calls made from the recharge amount of balance Rs.20/- and not from the STD pack offer. Even then I had not asked and I again recharged with further amount of Rs.50/-. To my surprise ur office had further deducted the amount from the recharged amount towards STD calls made and now the present balance is Rs.0.06 ps. Now for the last four days I am not able to call under STD as it is saying that "INSUFFICIENT BALANCE-PLEASE RECHARGE". oON Sunday, i.e.11.10.09 I contacted to ur customer care and four persons (one name Mr.Santosh)just listened with casual and one after other disconnected phone call and deactivated to make complaint under *369. I am regularly making STD calls to HYD and for that reason I had taken this package. You can go through my account. I approached the Regional consumer forum at Bangalore and they have asked me to submit the list of calls I made after taking this package. In this connection please provide me the calls I had made from the period 20.9.09 to till date to submit the same to the consumer forum and also to lodge a complaint to ministry of Communications.
