Broad Band Internet Connection
Dear Sir,
I applied for reliance Broad Band Internet Land line connection.my application number is 17800001443179. my plan is 500 rs plan . I applied on 22/09/2009 (Tuesday, sep) . Till date(28/10/2009) they didnt give the connection. They told that we will give connection within 10 days . 40 days completed they are not able to give the connection. Now i ask them to return the amount 500 rs . They are not responding proper to give the amount. I made calls to reliance

Money getting deducted without any intemation
My cell no is 919312817611.
Its a reliance Prepaid CDMA service.
For the last 2-3 months on my cell phone caller tunes get activated without any intimation and balance is getting deducted when I talk to the customer care they say that nothing can be done and refuse to payback the money.Every time I unsubscribe the service after a day or 2 it is again activated without any intimation and the balance is deducted. last month this cost me around 100Rs and has started happening the same this month too.

caller tune without my approval
Dear sir/madam
I have reliance prepaid mobile connection but from last six months i m having problem that they fix a caller tune to my number without my notice and cut the charges from my account.when i unsubscribe to the caller tune they instantly remove the caller tune and again next day place that caller tune to my cell number.
So its my request to u that plz take the necessary action against this company and also refund my money back to my account.i dnt want that again they place caller tune to my number.My cell number is 093120-75044.

Failure activation new mobile number
I Have Reliance CDMA SIMless mobile model 6235.Now i have a prepaid connection.now i have been transferred to a new location.I have been issued with a new number.However i have not been able to activate my new number because *228 asking for RSN Pin code.Can u provide me with same please?

today 14.09.2009 i had very less talk time remaining on my prepaid cellphone hence decided to recharge my phone with my usual habit of going to citibank kiosk and refilling my cellphone, i recharged my cell phone with rs 200 without knowing that i will get a message that your cell is recharged just for rs 0.02 i.e 2paise i immediately called reliance customer care spoke with an agent he said you have recharged for 30days of validity voucher i told him that is not my intention i wish to get talk time he said not possible, no refund no talktime can be given at any cost and the reply that i get a big slap it seemed to me YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED US BEFORE RECHARGING YOUR CELL PHONE. WOULD u EXPECT THiS REPLY .I ASKED HIM how on earth do you expect a layman to call up and ask for various recharge vouchers, i then spoke with a supervisor named shiv shankar he gave the same reply, when each and every agent or superviosr even after knowing your grieve keeps on putting on hold for a long and an unknown time duration, i then made a 2nd attempt spoke with an agent sapna explained my issue questioned her that do you expect a oridnary man to know that he is suppose to call reliance before he is going to recharge on a kiosk she very clevery answered no we do not expect that<br />

now my question to reliance is check my account since the time i have started using this nos every month i recharge my phone for rs399.00 plan wherein i get rs 175 talktime 0.49ps of per min tariff and r2r free calls <br />

Worst service possible
I guess Reliance CallHome has become complacent in servicing their customers. I have been facing real problem in accessing local access numbers to call India. I guess that since they enjoy the market leader position they don’t want to take care of newer customer’s issues. I’m going to see if this issue is resolved within a week. Otherwise, I will switch to Airtel CallHome as my colleagues have recommended Airtel. Worst service that I have ever seen in my life, calls don’t get through and they don’t even have a single product that gives the flexibility in terms of validity to use at our own pace. Packs like 1 call pack, 2 days pack and 7 days pack don’t make sense at all. They want us exhaust the minutes within the deadline set by them as 1 call, 2 days and 7 days pack.

Deduction of balance from my account
Hi,
I just want to inform you guys that your bluddy company has deducted unnecessarily my money from my mobile account. I did not ask for any activation for caller tune but they selected my number and first they deducted 30 Rs for changing the caller tune from default to new one and two days back I received one call from your center. one lady said we have selected ur number and you will get free caller tune, but i siad i dont want any caller tune, infact u have already deduted my 30Rs for changing the song whereas i did not ask for this . and last nite I received 4 or 5 msgs that this song has been activated ...
altogether u guys have deducted 30 Rs for changing the song plus 10 plus 1o plus 10 for different songs = 60Rs .
LET ME TELL YOU ONE THING I AM ALSO WORKING IN MNC. SO I KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY . IF YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY THEN RETURN MY MONEY ASAP . ALSO INFORM ME BEFORE TRANSFERRING THE MONEY . although this is the matter of 60 Rs only, but this type of service of company has reduced its goodwill to NILL.
ONE MORE THING I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH UR NETWORK SERVICES, SINCE THE TIME I HAVE TAKEN THIS BLUDDY BULLSHIT RELAINCE NUMBER, I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ONE PROPER CALL. WHENEVER I AM TRYING, NO RESPONSE NO RESPONSE, AND ALSO IN THE FIRST IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNETED . THIS TYPE OF SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER THEN CLOSE YOUR COMPANY.
WARNING : IF YOU WILL NOT TRANSFER MY MONEY WITH IN TWO DAYS, I AM GONNA SEND ONE BIG MAIL TO UR MD . I AM ALSO GOING TO DISCONNECT ALL MY RELIANCE NUMBERS IN MY HOME TOWN AND I WILL MAKE OTHERS TO DO LIKE THAT. FOR SURE I WILL TELL THIS BLUDDY SERVICE TO EVERYONE .
