Replacement of damaged handset
I had purchase one mobile with 9 month validity prepaid card from local shop in the 21 octomber 2007 at pimpari, pune - 18. Some days back my handset get injured by some reason so i checked it from the near reliace service center. That people give me a remark that my handset MAIN BOARD get damage & simultaneously that people gave me approval letter from company for a new handset. That people told me go to the any reliance web world and show them approval letter they will give you new handset. But when I visited to the web world in the Aundh Area that people Behave like Strangers with me. They told me that they have not available model of this type and i have to visited all reliance web world in pune city personally. Which is not possible at all. So i request to the flore manager that please arrange something in this matter & give me the information that in which web world i find this type model. She told me that this type Classic 732 model is not available in the any reliance world because company had stopped manufacturing of this model long back. Then if company stop production of this type model then why should they give me approval for the same new model. Inside of that they have been approve me a another subsequent model. Because these all thing happened in the Warranty period. I also tried launch my complaint regarding this in this call center *333. But pravin shrimali named person behave very rudely with me. He get angry on me & told me that he is unable to launch this complaint and disconnect the call. If reliace give service like this then it is not so far that customer moved to the another services. so kindly look in to the matter.

Mobile circuit is damaged
In the month of February2008 I have purchase reliance handset No.9373652688 up to July 2008 the same worked well after mobile stopped working. I took it to seller, he told me that go sangli at Reliance Mobile Service Center, I went to Sangli to show the mobile, they have seen and checked the mobile and told me that the circuit is damaged you have pay Rs.750/- as repairing charges.
I do not understand, as per your warranty book, the repairing and replacement of part is free of cost in warranty period, how come the single people asking me the cash. Please go through in this matter give me justice, As the mobile which I purchased, for that I saved Rs.100/- per month.

Mobile circuit damaged in warranty period
In the month of February 2008 I purchased Reliance Mobile No.9373652688 for Rs. 1200/- which worked nicely up to 31-7-2008. All of sudden it stopped working I take it to seller, he told me go to Sangli to Reliance office, then I gone there after inspecting at sangli they are saying the circuit is gone and for that you have to pay 750/-.
As per your Warranty card you have promised to repair or replace the damaged part free of cost. How come at Sangli Reliance Office asking the Rs.750/-

Net speed is very low
I've bought a reliance data card and net speed is pathetic. Either internet won't connect or take about 10-15 minutes just to load google.com. As promised or advertised by relliancecommunications.co.in
internet speed is no where near to 144KBPS, but it just only 1KBPS. when complained, they said I am not in their Prime network area. I took pain in taking my laptop to their sales and service center just to verify whether speed is fine. All I found is reliance never cross 2-4 KBPS where ever you go.
I don't understand why no body take any action against this high infrastructure cheaters. More over their sales and service center people doesn't have any respect for customers and even threaten to harm if you visit their place for good service. All they come up with is couple of phone numbers to contact to get a better service and those phone numbers are always engaged.
Request you to help people from loosing money by closing these fraud companies. This is just a valid attempt to save others from reliance Data card.

Cheating
I have purchased a new phone from the web world of reliance at sec 14 and they gave a old mobile in seal packed box when i did complain to them they just refused when i saw them the old sms and pics which was their of old dates before it was actually sold it they said you sud have checked them before.
I stopped a connection of data card of reliance in feb till now i am getting billed for this and getting threatening calls even. can some body help me giving the name or no of concerned person for the same so that i can stop it finally?

Doesn't connect giving error of remote computer
I bought ZTE 1x prepaid 15 days before but after 7days the internet doesn't connect giving error of remote computer... The complaint was given to the reliance world Phagwara- Punjab but still after 6 days the problem is not solved. This is due to very poor response from the phagwara - punjab center. Assurance is given every time I called them but the EXCUSE IS ONLY THE SYSTEM PROBLEM!!!

Replacement guaranty under threat
I have purchase reliance classic 731 mobile in the month feb 2007 from the usha communications palam NewDelhi, which is an authorized dealer for reliance. Not even the set has completed 5 months with me it had some technical problems, i was asked by mr. Baidhynath (who runs usha communication) to take the handset to the repair station located in Uttam Nagar. On the very next day i went to the respective authorized reliance repair station and deposited my set for the rectification, after eleven days i was told that the part no. is not available and the set was issued the dead certificate and i was asked to take it to the usha communications for its replacement as it was well with in warranty period. I did the same and from since then i am making rounds of that shop as every time i am told that company is running short of classic731 mobile set and it will be replaced only when company provides with the same... Since then i am feeling very helpless with diminishing hope.

Wrong information and misbehavior by staff
This complaint is for the Reliance world situated in Reliance World, The Forum, No. 23 & 24, Ground Floor, Kormangala, Bangalore. I went on Sunday to ask for Reliance prepaid connection. Reliance world executive asked me an amount which was (as per my information from Reliance web world office) 100 rs more and hence I requested for the receipt for this amount as I emphasized that this amount is higher and hence request for receipt with breakup. Which they agreed and once I filled up the form and paid the amount the same person told me that their system had not been working since morning and hence He could not give me the receipt.
On this, when I requested the complaint form that was also declined and said to me that they do not have the compliant form and usually don’t entertain complaints. Then I asked the manager (Mr. Suresh) of that office, He said the same thing and asked me to lodge compliant directly from the web. Although, I paid the amount on the guarantee from the same manager that I would get my receipts within next 48 hours and today is Thursday and neither had I got the receipts nor the simple call from their office.
Surprisingly, they don’t have complaint section in their website and hence I can not lodge a complaint.

Starting of connection
I was reliance Post Paid Internet user no. 9315522091 since Jan 2008. My connection was disconnected without any prior information /contact. Then the representative from your company named Parvesh approached me requesting, to make the payment fo RS. 300.00 and it was made wide receipt no. 8023214 dt. 22/07/08 committing that the connection will be operative within one/two days but again approached by Sunny, on his demand Rs. 400.00 was paid to him vide receipt no. 8023218 dt. 24/02/08 making the promise/commitment to get the connection operative the same day. The matter was also discussed with MR. Sougat Ghosh (Asst. Manager-CSD) who bears mobile no. 9315522000. Later all the agreements/commitments/ promises made by your representatives proved to be false. When contacted again to Mr. Parvesh & Mr. Sunny, they threatened me to beat and now further threating that if I complain to this matter they will use physical force to settle the matter.
I hereby totally feel that I am betrayed by your employees with false promises/commitments. I request your organization to restart my connection at the earliest otherwise this will force me to knock the judicial organization for the compliance.
Kindly look into the case as I feel that a fraud is done to me and I feel totally betrayed by your organization. My contact no. is 9812122304.
